GoogleI cant quite believe how difficult it is just get a viewing on a house with this company. It took me 3 phone calls leaving 2 different contact numbers to see if they had availability for us to have a weekend viewing. No call back, I called them, said I would get a call back....no call back. 8 hours after my initial call I spoke to the original lady who said she had emailed me......no email received. Eventually told we could have a viewing in 3 weeks time......I would seriously think about selling your property with these guys. 3 weeks to view a house!!! Bad customer service

GoogleGreat service and managed to arrange a viewing within 24 hours and fortunately for me I was made an offer so, fingers crossed completion will go smoothly. Pygotte & Crone arranged solicitors and everything was completed within good time. Wish I had chose these guys at the start.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Pygott & Crone and had a fantastic experience from start to finish, particularly from Sam and Holly. The team provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They were always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made everything feel straightforward and well managed. Their communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt supported at every stage of the purchase - even when it did get a tad fraught! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. A truly professional and approachable team who go above and beyond for their clients.

They were very helpful through what was sometimes a very difficult time, and were always happy to help if they could. GoogleAmazing service from a great estate agent. I have bought and sold 4 properties with Pygott and Crone in Sleaford and Boston. The last house sale through the Boston branch was amazing. Davis Gurton met me within 24 hours of initial contact and on a weekend. The house valuation surprised me, I said I wanted a quick sale. To my amazement the house was sold in 24 hours, and for more than I had expected. Davis Gurton is a thorough professional and he knowledge and expertise on the housing market in Boston is first class. During the sale process I continued to deal with Davis and the supremely efficient and organised Sam Bettinson who proactively contacted me on a very regular basis keeping me posted on any developments or issues. Pygott and Crone liaised with me and our Solicitors in a very impressive manner. Fantastic people, fantastic service. 11/10. Thank you so much. G

GoogleWe have exchanged contracts today on a property through Pygott & Crone. From the start of this process through to exchange they have been amazing. Thanks to Joe at the initial stage who was very professional and extremely patient waiting for my sale to happen and then to Sam Bettison who has been even more patient during this process. So very helpful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

On the market for 2 years, 8 viewings, little feedback or thoughts about what might be preventing more interest. We asked for new details, we suggested dropping the price, we drove all the thought on how to get things moving. Viewings were often at short notice, unqualified leads either not looking in the area or hadnt an interest in our property but had been convinced to view it. Rarely anyone available to do the viewings so we had to - not ideal. When someone was available, they knew nothing of the area, property etc. Useless. When we finally left them, all they were interested in was the £300 to cover the photo/energy costs. You'll be hard pushed to find an estate agent less interested in finding the right buyer, openly saying beyond putting it on the Internet, there's little influence they can have. They need to refresh their understanding of what sales is. They act more like a checkout assistant than an estate agent. Seller beware dont even bother.....

GoogleMy husband and I sold our first home with Pygott and Crone Grantham towards the end of 2025. Luke initially came to value our house and he was extremely helpful and also answered a number of queries about other houses we were viewing. Demi was our main point of contact once we started having viewing and her communication was second to none. We were kept well informed throughout and when we experienced a few issues whilst in the process of accepting an offer/awaiting exchange of contracts, she did everything she could to chase things. In Demi’s absence, we also found Tom was very helpful and would like to thank the whole team at Pygott and Crone Grantham. We have recommend you all to our friends in Grantham who are looking to move as we truly felt we were provided with a five star service, thank you again.

GoogleWe could not wish for a better service. All the staff have been amazingly helpful, from selling our property to the purchase of our new home. Communication has been excellent, immediately informed of any developments, assisted with viewings, questions and queries from us, all being immediate and guided through all the steps until completion accomplished. All staff, but a special mention of Demi, who has particularly guided us through each step. All staff wonderfully informative, knowledgeable and are always pleasant and polite with a smile. GoogleGreat service from the Pygott & Crone and a big thanks to everyone in the Spalding branch. They acted as my letting agent for a hassle free year - finding good tenants, responding to tenants problems, getting tradesmen in, etc. Then they marketed the property for me and found a buyer in 2-3 months. Highly recommended.
