Poor estate agent

We have experienced extremely long delays and very poor communication throughout this process. We have been waiting since 6 October to complete on our house, with little to no meaningful progress. We were told that the case had been escalated to a senior case worker, but nothing changed and no improvements were made. Updates were minimal and often required chasing, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Lauren has been absolutely fantastic. Right from the very start, she has been reassuring and pointed us in the right direction. There were moments during the sale that I have felt very nervous and needed reassurance and Lauren has been absolutely lovely every step of the way. If I needed to give a template for the ideal Estate Agent it would be modelled on Keelan Stewart in Grantham. What a work ethic he has! That coupled with an extensive knowledge of how to proceed with buying and selling. We had previously tried two other estate agents to sell our deceased mum’s property and had very few viewings and were not impressed with their lack of contact with us. However from the first meeting with Davis we were very impressed with the service from Pygott & Crone.
