Purchase needed a swift turn around- viewed property and had an offer negotiated with vendor to include a chain break within 4-6 weeks. Progress kept on track and were ready to exchange in week 4. Agreed to buy on 29th April and moving 13th June. Thank you for the excellent service pre and post sale.

We bought a property through Pygott & Crone Holbeach. As purchasers, we had an outstanding experience. We collaborated with Jade through viewing and offer stages and Tracy took us through the purchase process to completion. Their levels of customer service and care were outstanding, checking in with us regularly and following up with others, gently pushing things forward to ensure a smooth and speedy process through to completion. I would like to Mention Holly and Sam in particular for keeping us informed and checking things were going to plan. Our purchase was a bit lengthy and involved as we were selling a leasehold property but they made sure our sellers were always up to date. Thank you

GoogleHighly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble . Chased when needed too. The knowledge of the team is fantastic. It was a very stressful house move but we got there in the end with the help and support from Hollie, Sam & Davis and the rest of the team. They are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone who’s wanting to put their house on the market. They know what will and won’t sell and will always be honest about the situation. The team in the office are very knowledgeable and always there to listen to any concerns and they give you the best possible solution. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Pygott Crone in Boston charge £250+ vat as a withdrawal fee. This is without an end date, even though after 9 months they have not sent an offer our way. We had been guided by their sales chap in regard to the price, reduced twice and told they can “guarantee” they will sell at the new lower price (still no offer). All other agents I’ve contacted either have no fee to withdraw, or 12 to 16 week. We signed the contract and failed to check their withdrawal period, not expecting it to have a no end date. Just wanted to put this out there as it’s a bit “cowboy” ish compared to other estate agents.
