GoogleExcellent experience overall. They were prompt in coming, viewing and valuing the property. Photograpghs were brilliant. Sale took a while to happen, but happened in the end. The sales team, Tom and Demi, were brilliant and held our hands through the process. Legal team was excellent, especially Latoya. She made the process smooth. Mortgage advisor Ahmed was absokutely brilliant in giving us a good mortgage deal. Thank you guys for all the help. Much appreciated 😃.

GoogleAlthough there has been some mis-communication at the outset, Pygott and Crone promptly acted upon the issue and for the rest of the journey it had been plain and pleasurable sailing. Their work ethos is impeccable as they are protecting the vendor whilst helping the buyer which is not always easily achieved. Their interpersonal skills are flawless. A special thank to Tracy.

GooglePygott & Crone worked tirelessly to sell our home for us recently. It was around 1800s & quite unique but the entire team pulled together to get the viewers through the door. Also, they dealt with the purchase of our new property keeping us up to date all along the way. We'd have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. Thanks again guys.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! We was due to view a property on Friday 05/07/2024 and this was confirmed via email on 29 July 2024. the property (land) was due to go to auction in 2 weeks. With viewing ready for Friday we have been emailed today saying that the property has been sold. The worst thing about this is that the person who is selling the land isn't aware that we was viewing on Friday therefore has accepted an offer, my questions to Pygott and Crone how has this fallen through your system? you have undervalued the land as we would of offered more than what you have sold it for! Its amazing also how the secure deposit has been paid same day! I await your phone call from the director!
