GoogleWe had our house on the market for nearly a year with another agent, switched to Pygotts, x2 viewings within the first couple of weeks and x2 offers. One of which was the asking price! I truly believe this is down to the efforts of Pygotts from the way they advertise, to their professionalism, to the customer services they offer etc. Will never use anyone for any future house sales!

GoogleMark has been absolutely fantastic with finding and securing us a mortgage, he was always honest and upfront from the start and nothing was too much trouble, he made the process of getting a mortgage as stress free as possible, I would highly recommend using him for your mortgage application process and we will use him again when the time comes without a doubt

GooglePygott & Crone may not be the cheapest agent on the block, but their service is exceptional, we struggled to sell due to the current market and Pygott's even suggested an alternative route for selling which in turn may well have lost them their commission, However we stuck with them and we are so glad we did as their service throughout the sale process was fantastic. Both ourselves and our buyers were very happy with the continuous updates and chasing they did on all sides. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have had such a positive experience with Pygott & Crone, as a buyer. They, specifically Demi, genuinely went above and beyond in every step of the process and nothing ever felt too much of an ask. In some ways it felt like Pygott & Crone were coordinating everything in the chain for me; chasing solictors and giving me daily updates. Despite not being the estate agent selling my house (which I wish they had been)! This was my first experience selling & buying and I think without Demi, I would have felt very lost. Pygott & Crone had that personal touch, which from my experience and word of mouth is hard to come by, as most estate agents make you feel like it’s just another transaction. I also used their mortgage advisor Mark, who again made me feel like no problem was too big and I felt like I could call him about anything. He was also really good at talking things through without using technical jargon. Thank you to Demi and Mark.

GoogleI cannot praise Tom from Pygott & Crone Grantham enough for helping me with my move I cannot comment on how well they market and sell properties as I was a buyer, but selling your property is only a tiny fraction of what has to happen to get a move over the line. Despite being the estate agent for the vendors he was always willing to get through to my solicitors and move things along, manage expectations and getting us a successful exchange. He is patient and does what he says he will, which in my experience isn't always the case. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe used P&C to sell our house in spring 2024. Although our initial experience was ok (we got an offer relatively quickly), it was downhill from there. Once we were passed over to the selling negotiation team, it was clear they weren't working for us - they only wanted to complete the sale asap. From start to finish, it felt like they were working for the buyer. Would not recommend using P&C.

We've not been able to locate your transaction as we do not have your name but based on your feedback, it seems that we were able to find you a buyer quickly. Regarding the sales progression team (who handle the period of time between our seller accepting an offer and exchange of contracts) we feel they work hard during this process. They make sure that things keep moving forward, chasing conveyancers for updates, and resolving issues where possible. Quite often there is a chain of related properties with different conveyancers, involving buyers and sellers with different expectations. The process has been known to be stressful at times. To see a property transaction through to exchange and completion requires communicating with sellers, buyers, and their conveyancers - but as an estate agent we act for the seller who instructed us. GoogleI can’t praise Pygott and Crone enough. They literally sold our house on the first day before it even went to market. Communication was great, staff really friendly. They were vey proactive even when our buyers lost their sale they soon found them another buyer and kept the chain intact. We are now in our beautiful new home thank you 🙏

GoogleEmily at Pygott and Crone was incredible with the process of our sale and purchase. Always on hand when I had any queries or worry. It’s been a stressful process as the sale fell through 2 months after offer got accepted , and she managed to find another buyer for our house within a matter of days. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and even offered to go the extra mile and call third parties involved for us to speed the process up. Everyone else in the team who have helped while Emily has been out of office, have also been incredible and really helpful. We would happily use Pygott and Crone again, and definitely worth the extra money compared to other estate agents! We used AJ for our new mortgage and he has also been amazing and so friendly. He had quick responses to any questions I had and he kept us updated throughout. Again, would definitely use the whole team again. Thanks again to everyone involved in our sale and purchase.
