Google3.8!! Not surprised, they deserve 1 star rating or less. Unfortunately I happen to hand over sale of my home to them, still with them. Now I am not surprised y they have got 3.8 review compared to all other high street agents who have an average review of 4.8. They have just advertised 12 photos of my home, which doesn’t showcase my home at all properly , and I repeatedly requested them to have new EPC not the one when I bought the home 8 years ago, but even after speaking to them since the advertisement went online many times, they haven’t changed the EPC or updated photos as I requested, just show my home as it supposed to be. I am not getting any call back as I requested and supposed, and after 2 days of requesting to upload more photos, detailed descriptions and ECP, nothing has been done and no one has contacted me yet!!!!!! Do they even care anything about customer care and courtesy? Do they really want to make any selling happen? I am really surprised and shocked? I am going to contact my solicitor about taking some actions against them.!!

GoogleWe seriously can't fault Tommy at Pygott & Crone and Mark at Stonebow Financial Services for their help and guidance during the buying process. We are closer than ever to owning our cosy home and they have both made the journey so much easier.

GoogleSam, Joe, Davis and the team worked tirelessly throughout the sale of our property. It was not a straightforward Sale due to issues with our properties management company but the team went above and beyond to make sure we got their in the end. Special mention to Sam (Sales Progressor) who proved extremely effective when chasing our management company and putting pressure on when needed.

GoogleEveryone tells you buying or selling a house is a stressful event, but nothing prepared me for buyers pulling out of their alleged purchase not once but three separate buyers at the last minute. The UK laws are archaic. Had it not been for the professional handling of the situation each time by the team at Pygott & Crone I could have been driven to despair. Their tenacity, their guidance, their never give in approach was superb, especially Joe McKue, a star.

GoogleOur experiences with Pygotts team in Grantham have been nothing but positive. The sale of our property went very smoothly but further on in our chain things were not and Demi ensured that things kept moving on our purchase which took a lot of liasoning with our sellers estate agent. We dealt mainly with Demi, who was an absolute star, but also dealt with Thomas on occasion who also deserves praise for his calm and reassuring manner. The way the team work together meant that there was always someone to talk to who knew what was going on in the process. Well done for getting us over the line. I think you definitely earned your fee on this one!

GoogleDemi Miller was excellent from liasing with us as first time buyers, working with us with the paper work and the rest of the team at Pygott and Crone were excellent including our broker Mark Cox, we had ups and downs prior to exchange and completion but we were informed throughout the process up until the time we received our keys. GoogleI'm so impressed with the professionalism of this estate agents. Fiona from the Grimsby branch was outstanding and knows her clients very well, so much so that she found a buyer for our house before it even went live on their website. Would highly recommend this company, absolutely 1st rate.

GoogleWorst Agents around. Must be part of the culture at P&C because all branches are the same. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message, nobody returns your call. Amazed they manage to do any business! Avoid them and seek a more professional agency!

TrustpilotCome on guys , get your basic tenancy act together
It’s with great distress I write this review 3 members of my family rent a house at a cost of £1,250.00 per month , plus bills. They have lived there 1 year. They pay the most rent in the street even though all the house are pretty much a mirror image. It’s in Rainworth Okay so that’s not worth 1 star. What is worth a one star is the fact that my family were sleeping in a brand new build , never lived in until (until 1 year ago) and over the weekend the boiler was de-commissioned by British Gas as a danger to life. They were minutes away from either being gassed or blown up. Ironically the house had an annual inspection a few days before and it was deemed as ok. British Gas tell a whole different story. Weekend’s Friday Pm to Monday AM Nobody at the agency was available after hours. No emergency number was provided by them Closed over the weekend means just that That’s no hot water. No heating No cooking Plus THEY have to pay the bill as they were desperate to get the gas back on and called an emergency plumber. The call out alone was £400.00. To them it was worth it. They all have full time Customers Service Jobs. Which requires a shower minimum. ! If 3 young Adults in your family were living in a brand new build house with a faulty gas boiler that was marked as safe and you lost them due to this companies negligence, I wonder where they’d be and if they’d even have a consciousness ! I won’t recommend them to anyone ever and I definitely will try and move my family because who knows what the rest of the houses , built the same in the street are like. An apology to the 3 Tenants in the Property could just be a way of gaining some redemption. The main Gentleman dedicated to this type of issue at the Company hasn’t even called them yet of course we can’t mention his name because as we know you can remove negative reviews regardless of there being any truth Appalling On behalf of T Polak. GoogleJosh was an excellent mortgage advisor, he was quick to respond to any questions and would update us throughout the whole process. He also helped us set up our life insurance and recommended us to Mark who sorted our Building insurance. We are very happy with how the whole team dealt with any of our query's. Highly recommend these guys!! :)

GoogleWe had a property to sell owing to a family bereavement, complicated by the fact that we live a 2 hour drive away . P and C gave us good market advice , handled all the viewings and the property was sold subject to contract in 3 weeks . We appointed their recommended solicitors to carry out the conveyancing . This turned out to be pivotal when we had some complications further down the chain . Sam , at P and C worked closely with the solicitors to ensure things continued to progress. She was a star ! Their communication was excellent , all phone calls were answered quickly with the relevant information. The staff in the office were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend them as estate agents .

GoogleFrom the very beginning to the very end of my selling journey, I have been impressed with the service I have received at Pygott & Crone. I have been kept well informed throughout and have been grateful for the help and advice I’ve been given as regards dealing with solicitor queries and form filling. Whenever I’ve popped into the agency all of the staff have been polite, helpful and friendly. I particularly thank Davis , Sam and Joe for the support I’ve been given. I will not hesitate in recommending P&G to my family and friends should any of them be considering a move in the future.
