GoogleVery friendly and helpful answering questions as needed. Very efficient in making sure we were aware of what they knew from sellers solicitor. Just wouldn’t waste giving people the welcome package as we don’t drink beer!

GoogleI moved last summer. The guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. We had a lot of hassle with the seller of house we were buying pulling out but nothing was too much trouble to get us back on track again.Beth especially as our first point of call was fabulous.

GoogleExtremely helpful staff in the Grantham branch. Beth went above and beyond to make sure our sale & purchase went through although there was others in the chain delaying this she and her team at pygott Grantham were amazing and made it all happen in time for us, helping everyone in the chain as much as they could. Tom and Adam were so helpful from day one of our search for our family home, always calling with a house to view and also the reason we sold our house with pygott because they helped us with anything we needed and before any money was involved- genuine people. The solicitors they recommend Howells have also been great and they all worked well as a team to make things happen as quick as possible. I couldn’t thanks the guys at the Grantham office enough for always taking the time out of their day to help.

GoogleThank you so much to Demi at Pygott and Crone for being so unbelievably helpful! We couldn’t have had any more help for our first home and she helped make the process so much smoother and took so much stress off of our shoulders! Demi went out of her way and had contact with all the relevant people which made chasing things 10 times faster. Not only did she help with the whole process but she made sure we were the first and only viewing on our new home as she knew exactly what we were looking for, this just makes the feeling of using Pygott and Crone a lot more personal. Everyone else in the Grantham branch were always so friendly and helpful too. Will definitely be using Demi again in the future when our next move happens! Couldn’t recommend more :)

GoogleFrom start to finish five star service We used Pygott and crone to buy our first house. Mark the mortgage advisor was brilliant and very helpful and he made the whole process as easy as possible . Demi, Alisha and Thomas were amazing with keeping us updated with the progress and chasing the solicitors for information. Overall I don’t think they could have provided a better service

GoogleMy own personal; experience with Pygott & Crone in Boston has been outstanding. The professionalism, helpfulness and care demonstrated by their team is a credit to the business, particularly Lewis who in my opinion deferentially went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated - Thank you

GoogleHaving very recently had a few "we sell any house" or have suit can sell brigade" senior residential valuers arrive to carry out an appraisal at our property Pygott being one in fairness there all cut from the same cloth and enroll in the school for scoundrels to receive there deploma I've come to the conclusion they all failed in there first occupation as stand up comedians sad but true they've experienced the audience heckling & threw in the towel They've taken up the estate agent racket & assume there stale stand up routine is funny It's embarrassing to watch They assume were as obtuse as they are, just smile politely & think what there third occupation might be Member of Parliament "now that is funny"

TrustpilotABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF AN ESTATE AGENT
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF AN ESTATE AGENT! DO NOT EVER USE ANY BRANCHES OF THIS AWLFUL BUNCH - EVER! - LINCOLN AND THEIR HEAD OFFICE IN SLEAFORD ARE PARTICULARY BAD!!!! Rude, Extremely Unprofessional, Totally Discourteous, Patronising, Youngsters with Zero Experience in Life, let alone in Selling Property! Don't even get me started on the so-called 'Directors and de Management'! They do NOTHING to SELL your property - FACT! Promise the earth, deliver zero! Do not fall for their deceit, devil smiles and untruths! They put the smarmy distrust back into all Estate Agents! ALWAYS READ their Contract Terms and Conditions! Otherwise they will try to tie you in to a 28 day notice period, even though they themselves have broken all of their own Contractual Legal Agreements, Obligations and Terms and if you withdraw your property from them, they even try to send you a £300 bill exit fee!!! DO NOT PAY THIS!!! - EVER!!! Let them chase you for it, if they can be even bothered. Do not let this Company 'Piggies and Cronies' bully you and take you for a fool, they will do NOTHING to help or assist you! Complete waste of your valuable time, who just add unnecessary stress to complicate matters and seem to relish in it! You should be Billing them for all your time wasted and for the aggravations! DO NOT USE!!! Warning Update The Branch Manager of Lincoln is also an out & out Pathological Liar! - FACT - & the Sleaford H/Q are the very same! DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM!

GoogleFrom the buyer's perspective. We have been looking for a property for a quite long time, and we have to admit that the service, we received from this real estate agent was absolutely outstanding and highly professional. The team tirelessly kept offering us properties and arranging countless viewings. Although we ended up completing the purchase through another real estate agent, the 5-star review goes specifically to Pygott & Crone. Special shout out to Joe for his patience and competence level🤝. First class, highly recommend 👍

GoogleEveryone I met and spoke to at Pygott and Crone was extremely helpful and friendly, also very patient. At the beginning I had various questions and worries, mainly about the legal paperwork, infinitely more complicated since my last move. They explained everything clearly despite it not really being part of their remit. Also at the end when the solicitors needed a real push. I would definitely use them again. ( Although all the legal paperwork has made me vow never to move again.) Not so for Stonebow. I have to say that, in my opinion, Stonebow was pretty useless. Very poor with their communications and on several occasions my responses to direct questions were obviously unread. The Tracker thing was also a waste of time.
