GoogleI've twice called and enquired about a property and on both occasions they have never called me back. I would never use them to sell my property if this is the service you get. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

GoogleVery professional and a pleasure to deal with. Took care of viewings for house we were selling and immediate feedback given. Marketed property to a value we were happy with and at the same time finding a buyer very quickly.

GoogleI have bought twice, and sold once through Proctors - would highly recommend. Polite, know their stuff and honest, they helped chase our buyer's solicitors when they were a bit on the slow side! Will use again in the future.

GoogleI'd leave them a zero if I could, rude staff, apparently unable to keep track of there tenants. Repeatedly left voicemails asking for access to the property (that I moved out of last year). When I called to ask them to stop and informed them I had moved out, they basically called me a liar. When I was a tenant, I called up countless times about a leak, which was never attended to. Tenants and Landlords, honestly just don't bother. Spend your money elsewhere.

GoogleI contacted a large number of letting agents in my search of a pet friendly property, and Janet was the only agent who didn't dismiss me outright, taking the time to ascertain my requirements and contacting the landlords of the currently available properties to see if they would consider accepting my two cats. Although I have ended up choosing a property close to my work in Bolton, I just wanted to leave a note to commend Janet for the time and care she took to locate a suitable property for me. As a former letting agent, I know this is sometimes not an easy task, and absolutely appreciate the time and effort she put into this - thank you.

YellExcellent Estate Agents
I’ve been dealing with Proctors West Wickham on a flat sale . Want to recommend them highly to anybody looking to market their property in that area of Kent. Absolutely outstanding Service throughout and a very well run Agency under Sales Manager Anthony Carey . I was very fortunate to have Emma Duyckers acting in our sale. She is outstanding and provides a highly professional and reassuring hand on the sale process. Emma is tenacious and gets the job done and keeps you well informed along the way . Emma and Anthony and are a credit to Proctors (Sharon too at that Branch) and I will recommend Proctors West Wickham to my friends and Associates. Thank you .

GoogleMy husband and I recently moved house with Proctor Estate Agents, West Wickham. We found the staff to be very professional and dealt with our many queries quickly, competently and in a very friendly manner. In particular Charles Proctor and Emma Duyckers showed endless patience and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. They were always actively pursuing matters on our behalf. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.
