GoogleFantastic customer service from start to finish from the team at Proctors on both the sale and purchase on a new property. We were working to tight timelines with the birth of our first child due next week, and thanks to Nick's tireless effort liaising with solicitors on both sides to ensure the process continued moving we've managed to get in on time. I would highly recommend using Proctors Petts Wood if you're thinking about selling / buying a new home.

GoogleWe have experience with a few of the Estate Agents in Petts Wood, having spent a year trying navigate the housing market as a first time buyer. Without a doubt, Proctors are the most trustworthy agents: consistently professional, conscientious and considerate. The staff at Proctors are knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to find the right properties. I would recommend Jason Stockdale and Carl Smith in particular, for alleviating the stresses of buying houses and remaining transparent and reassuring through the entire process.

FacebookI have just sold my late Mother's home through Proctors' West Wickham office and they couldn't have done better! I dealt primarily with Charles Proctor and his excellent negotiator/follow up administrator Emma Duyckers. From the initial viewing of the property, their advice on pricing with ample evidence to back up their view and their handling of 21 potential clients who viewed over 3 weeks, I was thoroughly impressed. Very professional in a very kind and helpful way. There was no pressure to accept the first offer (we had four). They wanted to get me the best price they could but always looking carefully at the ability of the buyer to proceed. But that is only half the story. Emma's help and follow up throughout the legal process was excellent. Just 7 weeks from instructing solicitors to completion of the sale and at every step I felt they had my best interest at heart.! Thank you Proctors!

FacebookBeware of this agency! We made an error of renting our flat out through them. They take months to provide us with basic information, they owe us a lot of money and generally provide terrible customer service, when we try to find out what is happening. It is a stressful and unpleasant experience.

We understand they are already in touch with you regarding this matter and they are keen to resolve all points. They have now managed to contact the tenants but the fact you haven’t been communicated with effectively is not acceptable to us and we have asked Graham Cook, the owner of the Anerley branch, to address the issues immediately.
