GoogleI have just sold my house, completion took place today. Although more than one member of staff dealt with my sale, it was mainly Victoria who showed potential buyers around. She was professional and, at the same time, friendly, putting me at my ease at a difficult time to sell a house, coming up to Christmas in the middle of a pandemic! I think I got the offer I wanted within about 3 weeks of the house going up for sale. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks to all the team.

The person who answered the phone, did not identify themselves and was extremely rude and dismissive and didn't want to even attempt to help! Customer service and respect doesn't cost a thing but was definitely missing from this person at this branch!!!!NegativeProfessionalism

FacebookBeware of this agency! We made an error of renting our flat out through them. They take months to provide us with basic information, they owe us a lot of money and generally provide terrible customer service, when we try to find out what is happening. It is a stressful and unpleasant experience.

We understand they are already in touch with you regarding this matter and they are keen to resolve all points. They have now managed to contact the tenants but the fact you haven’t been communicated with effectively is not acceptable to us and we have asked Graham Cook, the owner of the Anerley branch, to address the issues immediately.
