FacebookI have just sold my late Mother's home through Proctors' West Wickham office and they couldn't have done better! I dealt primarily with Charles Proctor and his excellent negotiator/follow up administrator Emma Duyckers. From the initial viewing of the property, their advice on pricing with ample evidence to back up their view and their handling of 21 potential clients who viewed over 3 weeks, I was thoroughly impressed. Very professional in a very kind and helpful way. There was no pressure to accept the first offer (we had four). They wanted to get me the best price they could but always looking carefully at the ability of the buyer to proceed. But that is only half the story. Emma's help and follow up throughout the legal process was excellent. Just 7 weeks from instructing solicitors to completion of the sale and at every step I felt they had my best interest at heart.! Thank you Proctors!

The manager Ian Davy the who handled the sale of my house,did a brilliant job of making the process as pain free as possible, despite,the buyer's solicitors best attempts to make it a total nightmare. Ian however, stuck to the task doggedly & calmly. In the end, the outcome was a complete success, thanks to Ian's determined attitude.. thanks Ian!

FacebookBeware of this agency! We made an error of renting our flat out through them. They take months to provide us with basic information, they owe us a lot of money and generally provide terrible customer service, when we try to find out what is happening. It is a stressful and unpleasant experience.

We understand they are already in touch with you regarding this matter and they are keen to resolve all points. They have now managed to contact the tenants but the fact you haven’t been communicated with effectively is not acceptable to us and we have asked Graham Cook, the owner of the Anerley branch, to address the issues immediately.
