GoogleBought my house through Proctors quite a few years ago, they was very helpful throughout the purchase and made it stress free to say I hadn't been through the buying process for around 20 years so was all new. Can't fault them and was always a helping hand. All the staff are very pleasant and make the office very welcoming :)

GoogleI couldn't be happier with my new house, and Barry who showed me the house and met me there to get me moved in was fantastic. He spotted that there was debt on one of my meters, so he made a call and he saw to that there and then : ) The Darwen branch have been great, helping me complete/speed up the checks needed before I could move in, and they agreed to let me move in on short notice, as I only had two days to be out of my old house. Perfect. Thank you. Kim

FacebookI have just sold my late Mother's home through Proctors' West Wickham office and they couldn't have done better! I dealt primarily with Charles Proctor and his excellent negotiator/follow up administrator Emma Duyckers. From the initial viewing of the property, their advice on pricing with ample evidence to back up their view and their handling of 21 potential clients who viewed over 3 weeks, I was thoroughly impressed. Very professional in a very kind and helpful way. There was no pressure to accept the first offer (we had four). They wanted to get me the best price they could but always looking carefully at the ability of the buyer to proceed. But that is only half the story. Emma's help and follow up throughout the legal process was excellent. Just 7 weeks from instructing solicitors to completion of the sale and at every step I felt they had my best interest at heart.! Thank you Proctors!
