FacebookI have just sold my late Mother's home through Proctors' West Wickham office and they couldn't have done better! I dealt primarily with Charles Proctor and his excellent negotiator/follow up administrator Emma Duyckers. From the initial viewing of the property, their advice on pricing with ample evidence to back up their view and their handling of 21 potential clients who viewed over 3 weeks, I was thoroughly impressed. Very professional in a very kind and helpful way. There was no pressure to accept the first offer (we had four). They wanted to get me the best price they could but always looking carefully at the ability of the buyer to proceed. But that is only half the story. Emma's help and follow up throughout the legal process was excellent. Just 7 weeks from instructing solicitors to completion of the sale and at every step I felt they had my best interest at heart.! Thank you Proctors!

I’ve been dealing with Proctors West Wickham on a flat sale . Want to recommend them highly to anybody looking to market their property in that area of Kent. Absolutely outstanding Service throughout and a very well run Agency under Sales Manager Anthony Carey . I was very fortunate to have Emma Duyckers acting in our sale. She is outstanding and provides a highly professional and reassuring hand on the sale process. Emma is tenacious and gets the job done and keeps you well informed along the way . Emma and Anthony and are a credit to Proctors (Sharon too at that Branch) and I will recommend Proctors West Wickham to my friends and Associates. Thank you .

GoogleBrilliant company Susie from new builds really helped me get the property I wanted. She guided me through the whole process and recommend the right people to help me. Richard was also a god send when all hope was lost he came to the rescue and arranged a last min viewing. Fantastic company fantastic honest people.

GoogleI've had 2 valuations from this company for different properties. Both came in 15% lower than other agents (despite being the largest and highest spec home of them all), and nearby combarables, which I find amazing as every one of their other properties listed is overvalued, and stays on the market unsold for months (both new build and old). Aside from our property selling with another agent within 3 weeks of listing for what we expected with multiple offers... I find it odd there was such a disparity... especially, as the sale was to buy another property listed with them, which we missed out on - under suspicious circumstances. (Very frustrating, but these things happen). With the second valuation, they gave a loose indication of value, but it was very much predicated on, we will do this properly if you instruct us. Estate agents really fall into 2 categories, they are either great at what they do, or not so much. They unfortunately fall into the latter.

FacebookBeware of this agency! We made an error of renting our flat out through them. They take months to provide us with basic information, they owe us a lot of money and generally provide terrible customer service, when we try to find out what is happening. It is a stressful and unpleasant experience.

We understand they are already in touch with you regarding this matter and they are keen to resolve all points. They have now managed to contact the tenants but the fact you haven’t been communicated with effectively is not acceptable to us and we have asked Graham Cook, the owner of the Anerley branch, to address the issues immediately.

GoogleI have bought twice, and sold once through Proctors - would highly recommend. Polite, know their stuff and honest, they helped chase our buyer's solicitors when they were a bit on the slow side! Will use again in the future.
