We had a wonderful experience with Proctors West Wickham! From the very beginning, their service was exceptional. They genuinely care about their clients and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. A special thanks to Charles and John for their outstanding support! I particularly appreciated their frequent updates throughout the process, which kept me informed and at ease. With a tight deadline to complete out sale and purchase to apply for a local school, their responsiveness and dedication made all the difference. Thanks to their hard work, we met the deadline and we couldn't be happier with their support and highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a reliable and attentive estate agent.

We recently sold our property in West Wickham via Proctors, and our experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. Professional, considerate, trustworthy and committed to open, honest, and timely communication, Charles, Emma and team went above and beyond to ensure the challenges of selling property and conveyancing were mitigated as far as possible. From valuation, through to listing, through to support with our onward purchase, every interaction with Proctors was of the highest standard. We could not have asked for better support, advice, and counsel. It is not a stretch to note that without Emma’s support and her commitment to ensuring the chain held, we would not be in our dream home today. If ever there was an operation that the industry could learn from, Proctors West Wickham would be the branch to model off. Thank you, Emma and Charles, once more for all your help with our sale and onwards purchase.

We had a tight deadline to complete our house purchase and Proctors were our seller's agent but they worked closely with us to ensure everyhting went about smoothly. It was great dealing with Charles Proctors who was very professional and always in touch us and on top of the proceedings. He communicated progress to both parties and chased up solicitors when needed to ensure a timely compeltion. Would highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently moved house with Proctor Estate Agents, West Wickham. We found the staff to be very professional and dealt with our many queries quickly, competently and in a very friendly manner. In particular Charles Proctor and Emma Duyckers showed endless patience and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. They were always actively pursuing matters on our behalf. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.

We recently sold our house through Proctors in West Wickham. We liked the straight forward and professional approach they took from the first meeting and their valuation proved to be spot on. They handled viewings and we secured a buyer. The really impressive bit was that they worked hard on our behalf from that moment until the completion date keeping us informed and talking to other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. This helped avoid delays or misunderstandings and any small problems were smoothed out fast. They were always ready to chat to us during the process and remained dedicated to a successful outcome. We heartily recommend them.

As a chartered surveyor and Technical Director at yoursurveyors.com, i deal with many estate agents daily. Proctors always have all the information i need to hand and access to ALL the keys i need to inspect empty properties where so many others fall short on that. A thoroughly professional company .
