Our sale was dealt with sensitively and we were helped by practical and friendly advice throughout. GoogleVery poor experience selling from start to finish. After our first sale fell through we've since found out they were still telling people it was sold and turning potential buyers away. We had an agreement that they would show people around but they never had anyone available to do so. Communication started out well with Debbie but as the months passed I was stuck trying to get a word in between Janet speaking over me in a very patronising tone. They never chased and I resorted to using the house we were buyings estate agent to give us update on our sale, as they had a better relationship with our buyer than Proctors whom they bought through. They also told us our buyer was cash and around 7 months in and their mortgage now being sorted we will be completing tomorrow. I've dealt with several estate agents over the past few years who we have been disappointed in but they look amazing in comparison to Proctors.

GoogleWe used Proctors to sell our home. Lovely team, always happy to explain things to me and they know the local area very well. They give decent but realistic valuations rather than overinflated numbers that bring in zero views. Particular thanks to Sue for always being on the end of the phone when I was stressing out.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Proctors in West Wickham. We liked the straight forward and professional approach they took from the first meeting and their valuation proved to be spot on. They handled viewings and we secured a buyer. The really impressive bit was that they worked hard on our behalf from that moment until the completion date keeping us informed and talking to other estate agents and solicitors in the chain. This helped avoid delays or misunderstandings and any small problems were smoothed out fast. They were always ready to chat to us during the process and remained dedicated to a successful outcome. We heartily recommend them.
