GoogleI have been an agent for over 25 years now so have dealt with hundreds of agents over the years. I was involved in a chain and had the pleasure working with Anthony at Proctors. Between us we managed to get a sale through that was at times on the brink of collapse due to the agents below not being completely honest about their clients position. The agents at the bottom were extremely hard to get hold of until towards the latter stages of the transaction but fortunately Anthony bypassed them and was in contact with the solicitors directly which helped massively. We have just completed on the sale and I want to say a huge thank you to Anthony from one professional to another. If only other agents we worked with had the same approach and qualities we would have a lot less issues. Have a great Christmas Anthony and all the very best. David Vaughan Aston Vaughan

GoogleWe have experience with a few of the Estate Agents in Petts Wood, having spent a year trying navigate the housing market as a first time buyer. Without a doubt, Proctors are the most trustworthy agents: consistently professional, conscientious and considerate. The staff at Proctors are knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to find the right properties. I would recommend Jason Stockdale and Carl Smith in particular, for alleviating the stresses of buying houses and remaining transparent and reassuring through the entire process.

GoogleHuge thank you to Ian Davy, Chris and Cheryl. Very sensitive sale for me and Ian and the team have just been amazing, making it as smooth as possible at every step. Excellent communication and I would highly recommend these guys 100% over any large corporate company that don’t and can’t offer the personal service that Proctors Beckenham High St can. - WELL DONE
