GooglePortico have been my letting agent for a number of years and I am pleased with the great service they provide in renting out my flat. The lettings process and smooth changeover of tenants has always been dealt with professionally and efficiently by Shaun Cherian and Adam Green who have been most helpful and accommodating at all times. Adam especially, who joined the Museum Street office a year ago has been extremely supportive during this time and is quick to respond and resolve any issues that arise. A great team I would recommend to anyone looking to rent out their property in Bloomsbury.

Googlethis is by far one of the worst agencies I have ever rented a flat from. overpriced, they didnt give me information on things about the flat, which cost me more money, they didnt tend to my maintenance issues and respond to me for about a month. I had toilet water all over my floor and they didnt even bother themselves to abide by the terms of the contract to fix this issue. I ended up paying for it and they still have not reimbursed me. they are so rude and accusatory... I've never in my life come across such a terrible agency... please do not rent from them, trust me - if i could give them negative 5000 stars i would, not even exaggerating. these people wasted my time and money - its been 1 month and they still havnt given my deposit - the charged me 2 and a half months of rent, and i found out this is illegal in london, they are allowed to charge 1 month or so. - not to mention, i had the apartment professionally cleaned and they just happened to "FEEL" like it wasnt clean enough and charged me another 150pounds for another cleaning - they are unprofessional theives. i'd rather be homeless than do any sort of business venture with these sick people again

GoogleMr Adam Green is very helpful and responsive. He is the first estate agent in London who I find very efficient and willing to help the tenants.
I rented a flat from Protico in 2017. Later my flat was taken over by another property management company, but their service was awful. It took six months for them to fix the radiators in my room, which means I spent the whole winter that year without heating! They always lied to me saying that the plumber was coming so I waited for several half days in my room but no one showed up. I finally sent a legal notice to them and they repaired the radiators the next day! It is definitely frustrating to communicate with them.
But when we moved away this month I dealt with Portico again, and Adam at Portico was very responsive, sorting out problems immediately. I was amazed by their service and wish I could have had Portico being the managing agency.
I also find that the Portico office is open on Saturday! Salute to the hardworking people there.

GoogleUnbelievably poor service in every way. It's really amazing and flabbergasting how bad the Portico 'service' is. I was a tenant for ten years (luckily not anymore) with them as a management company. Portico were utterly awful in every way: service, communication (both amongst themselves and with us), organization, competence, basic courtesy, turnover, often intelligence.
This organization must have ENTIRELY the wrong leadership and training. (Even when we were looking to buy a flat, their listing did not show a floor plan, and the agent took over THREE WEEKS to get back to our email that expressed interest in viewing a flat?!
I could fill a book with examples of how poor Portico is. I wish even one person they had seemed like they were professional.
I cannot wish them upon anyone. Do be warned!
This "award-winning" nonsense is obviously rigged in some way.
They do deserve a reward for Utter Ineptness, I suppose.
