Google1/5 - the Property management is EXTREMELY unorganised and uncommunicative. Seriously, this might be the worst service I have experienced by a "professional property management" company so far. I have in two instances had severe deficiences in my flat: 1. Our water boiler broke, and it took Portico 4 weeks to send a handyman to do a 60 minute fix. We had no hot water for 4 weeks and our washing machine couldn't function as they needed to cut off the supply to the boiler from which it got its water from. Furthermore, the communication was awful, on 3 occassions, the property manager ensured that "tomorrow the engineer will come and fix" and all three times, they either cancelled on the day or didn't show up. On the fourth time where the property manager told me "the appointment is 100% confirmed for tomorrow", I reached out to the boiler company themselves to confirm the message from my property manager, and they told me he had flat out, that they had not agreed to any appointment with my property manager at that time. Serious communication errors here. And I had to shower at a local public swimming pool and spend hours and money to go to laundromats for 4 weeks. 2. Our washing machine has been broken for 3 weeks. A repair was scheduled for 5 days after I raised the issue. On the day before, the property manager informed me, that this repair was actually cancelled and that I needed to provide the appliance's serial number for a repair from the manufacturer. I provided this the same day... Then I heard nothing for 1 week. Then I called back, and my property manager had gone on vacation! I got in touch with another property manager that was covering for him who again asked me for the serial number. After re-providing this, she informed me that he would be back in a week and get back to me. So now it's 3 weeks and still no communication, without the ability to wash my clothes in a £2k/month flat.

GoogleShaun was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the renting process, from showing me a great flat, assisting in processing my application and payment quickly, and maintaining contact after move-in to ensure everything was going smoothly. I found the entire team that I interacted with to be professional and friendly. I could not recommend them more highly.

GoogleI found Portico (David and Matthew) very professional. They were easy and pleasant to deal with; were responsive to our needs and conscientiously followed up on any enquiries. We lost a buyer just before exchange and they put in extra effort to find a new buyer (within a week)! Overall very satisfied.

GoogleHonest and helpful! These guys really bucked the trend when comes to London Estate Agents! My first conversation with Dmytro set the tone for what would be an easy and smooth process that saw me and my friend secure our ideal house in under 2 weeks. What is normally an arduous process, worked like a dream and now has me and my friend enjoying our new house with a glass of wine.
