GoogleAppalling experience. Portico ignored my calls and emails about major problems in the property for weeks. Eventually agreed with the landlord to terminate the contract early at her suggestion as the mould problem couldn't be fixed,, suddenly Portico responded and tried to charge me thousands in fees (against the landlord's wishes). After moving out, it took months and lots of chasing to get my deposit back. Very stressful experience, avoid at all costs.

GooglePortico's tenant services have been extremely poor and disappointing. We have had numerous property items that require fixing / maintenance for months now, but even after countless emails chasing we receive next to no communication or action from Portico. Resolution of property issues and tenant communication does not appear to be of Portico's concern.

GoogleCalled to enquire about a flat on rightmove, they had listen the price wrong. When I thanked him and apologised for calling they hang up straight away. Tad rude.

GoogleAma at Portico is the one!! Ama is the Goat! Ama is very good at her job! Always on hand to sort anything, from appliances to blinds to general questions. Always happy to help and a big credit to the Portico team! Big up Ama!

GoogleMax has been very helpful every step of the way to rent our flat. The process was smooth, and Max always goes the extra mile to make sure we are settling in correctly. When we arrived, the flat was very clean and everything was working fine. So far we’ve only had good surprises, we can therefore only recommend Portico if you need help to rent !
