GoogleRecently met with Charlotte from Portico Highbury for a lettings valuation her skills, knowledge and advise were second to none. We ended up renting our property to a family friend but will certainly come back if our circumstances change. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues great professional attitude.

GoogleThese 4 stars are completely for Meera at the Islington Office who was amazing and a credit to the agency. Our experience with Portico was more negative as the manager made bad situations worse by being patronising and unresponsive. However, Meera was always friendly, honest and responsive and made us feel looked after. It was also her genuineness and persona at the beginning, as well as Chris's, that made us want to trust Portico, so it's a shame the agency itself was not as supportive.

GoogleWe've been involved with Portico (Battersea branch) for the past 4 years with regards to lettings, and just very recently the sales team. Medleen who coordinated the tenancy of our property was always accessible, professional, helpful and most importantly sympathetic to the needs of both the tenant and us, the landlord. The team took control of every management aspect and made it as stress-free as possible for us. The fact that we had a long standing tenancy agreement for pretty much the whole duration of the property's rental lifespan speaks for itself. If you want hassle-free letting management then Portico will undoubtedly deliver. It was this relationship that we'd built over the years with Portico (Battersea) that made choosing a sales agent an easy decision. Jack whom coordinates the sales dealt with the recent sale of our property with absolute dedication. He is extremely personable, accessible, supportive, hardworking and will generally turn what can be a relatively grueling process into a somewhat enjoyable experience. Jack was always contactable, quick to solve a problem and provide reassurance, if needed. We felt as though we were in safe hands throughout. GoogleWe were contacted by Salman Peerally when looking for a flat. After a brief chat describing what kind of home we are looking for, Salman showed us the perfect flat. From the very first showing, all way through the contract phase and key handover, Salman was lovely to work with. He is extremely polite, hardworking, professional and pays attention to every detail (for example I asked him to only call after 5pm and not on my partner's number, which he always did or asked him to double check certain details with the landlord). They were always responsive to my needs as a landlord, were always very communicative and provided help with outside vendors and contractors efficiently and proactively.
