GoogleSalma was really helpful in my search for a property while being abroad. I had to request for a last minute physical viewing and she tried her best to arrange it. Very assuring and patient in explaining the process for a first time renter in UK. Regarding the agency. Everything is generally done quite well on the portico portal. However there were some poor communication between the various staff which led to some unnecessary to and fro regarding the admin matters. Otherwise, it's a reliable agent!
