They kept me informed at every step of the way, and helped moved things along with the buyer and solicitors when needed. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and friendly nature.

GoogleA good experience and an all round professional approach to house selling. Saturday 'open house' viewings were organised and an offer made within a few days. Lots of interaction with the buying and selling solicitors to ensure a rapid exchange of contracts. Recommended.

GoogleWe can't recommend Southampton's Pearsons enough. We were so fortunate to have Olivia as our Sales Progressor. Olivia was exceptional in every sense. The whole process was meant to be straightforward, but as can happen, there were ups and downs. Olivia's input was invaluable and we don't think we would have got through the last six months without her. She was an absolute star, a consummate professional, without whom we are not sure we would have gotten to where we are today. We can't recommend Pearsons, and in particular Olivia.

GooglePearsons handled the sale of our house in Shirley earlier this year. We were very impressed by their efficiency, manner, and everything else. Matt Kopusto handled the sale extremely well and Olivia in the office was superb at keeping in contact and chasing things through with solicitors, buyers, etc. Everything was excellent.

GoogleI've just sold my house through Pearsons and had a very good experience. They came to value the house within a couple days of my initial enquiry and had taken pictures and put it on the market not long after that. They kept me in the loop during the initial marketing and made a real effort to attract viewings. Once I had accepted an offer, Claire was brilliant at keeping me up to date with progress and repainting to any queries I had. A really excellent service by the whole sales team

GoogleSo, after a recent property search we had the delight of being shown round a property by Francyne Falloon. (We viewed the property twice to ensure it was what we were after) On both occasions we impressed with how professional and informative she was. We ended up finding a property in a more ideal location for us, however the understanding shown was 2nd to none. An asset to Pearsons who I would highly recommend.

Mark and Sam at Pearsons in Winchester couldn't have been more supportive and helpful with our move from Winchester to Cromer on the Norfolk coast.
