Apart from being all very nice people to work with, I trusted their judgement and advice, as genuinely being in my best interest (something I would not say about their nearby competitor when I sold a house a few years previously!). GoogleFrom the initial introduction visit through to the handover of keys, everything with Pearsons felt very personal. Sound advice on all aspects of the process was offered throughout, including the very difficult decision to “split” our chain in order to ensure we retained our buyers. Regular progress updates on how the move was proceeding were provided by the team which in turn gave us the confidence that we were fully informed of all that was happening. Specific praise for Anne from the Sales Progression team is fully deserved, her professionalism, honesty and tenacity helped us through this stressful period of time. Fully recommended.

GoogleWe have just had a lovely experience buying a house via Pearsons at Bishops Waltham. The agents (Debbie and Nicki) and office staff are warm and friendly, and cannot do enough to help, but never compromise on the professionalism. It was a long sale (due to seller's circumstances, nobody's fault), but Pearsons kept in touch without being pushy, making sure everything was on track. I would highly recommend them. We love our new home too!

GoogleAvoid at all cost.. Did not do what they said they had done in the block of flats. Eg cleaning and maintenance. Extortionate costs. Extra charges for things they haven't done. Avoid Avoid avoid
