A big thank you to Talitha Wilson and her colleagues at Pearson Estate Agents for their outstanding support throughout my relocation process. I was living in the North East of the UK, far from Southampton, and couldn’t attend the agency in person during the initial stages. Despite the distance, they made everything smooth and efficient, from signing the contract to completing all the reference checks, all handled conveniently online and over the phone. Once I arrived in Southampton and settled into my new flat, they invited me to the office to finalize the paperwork in person, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the previous tenant was selling some furniture, and the agency kindly helped facilitate the process, making it very straightforward for both of us. I’m very happy with how everything went and truly appreciate the friendly and professional service I received. Highly recommended!

There are loads of Estate agents in Southampton, but if you want top tier service, Pearsons really are superb. Branch manager, Gina Mathews was most helpful to shine some light into the dark unknowns of being a first-time buyer. After several lengthy phone conversations I felt extremely comfortable about moving forward. She gave me a deeper insight into the Morgage process, which increased my understanding, and, gave me confidence about my property investment.

We were very impressed with Matt and the Southampton Pearsons team. They sold a property for us after a family bereavement. Matt was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and approachable. The house despite needing some modernisation, sold at the full asking price within 5 days, with several other offers on the table. Communication was excellent throughout the smooth sale, for which we were extremely grateful. We have no hesitation in recommending Pearsons and would definitely use them again.

Recently rented a flat thru Pearsons. Gone thru a lot of letting agency. I've been rejected couple of times but the guys at Pearson's helped me find a suitable property to rent. Im really happy, especially my Wife and Son who Recently joined me here in UK, with the flat they offered. Nice and Quiet area. I would highly recommend Alison and her team at Pearsons in Southampton. enquiries about a property I was interested in viewing. Got a phone call today telling me I wasn't what they were looking for before they asked what my situation was. Told it was a cash only although the listing doesn't specify this and states auction. The woman on the phone was possibly the most useless "sales" person I've ever had the displeasure in meeting, I've met 12year olds with better sales instincts.

Pearsons, London Road, Southampton managed the sale of my family house of 18 years. I have to say the process was seamless from the outset. They were professional and helpful throughout, making the wrench of the move less emotionally stressful. Pearsons was chosen as our estate agents as we did not want to feel pressured into selling or selling fast.. this was going to be our final move and we had particular needs (some of which changed during the process) from our next house. Information was provided when asked for and we were kept in the loop with updates. When problems arose with different completion dates for my sale and purchase Pearsons went above and beyond to make sure our family did not have to be split up during the xmas period, negotiating with the buyers so as not to affect the sale. Helpful and polite team right the way through and where we felt very pressured from other estate agents early on in the house search process, Pearsons were patient, understanding and very accomodating... exactly what we needed during this huge life changing decision. Could not be more happy with our choice. Particular thanks to Matt and Gina for thier help in very stressful situations. Although i will not be needing to move ever again i will recommend Pearsons to friends and family if they ever decide to do so.

Definitely recommended! All over during the whole process the Pearsons were supporting us. We bought our very first home with them. Everything went really planned and fast. Matt came with us for the viewing and in the first two weeks he was our contact person with the vendors, he was always very nice. After a couple of weeks Olivia took care our case. We bought a house through Pearsons and were shown different properties by Simon Dawson. Simon was always kind and helpful with the different properties, and felt he had a clear understanding of what we were looking for as well, making the experience of house viewing a lot more comfortable and easy. We decided tobuy a house during the pandemic and the lockdown, and Pearsons had clear and simple guidelines, which made it comfortable to enter peoples’ houses consideringthe circumstances. Simon also went through the guidelines and even though restricted managed to show the houses very well and still ensured everyone felt safe. After our offer had been accepted, Gina took care of the aftersale, making sure the process was flowing, following up with our own estate agent (sales of our house) and ensuring the sale went as smoothly as possible. We are so pleased to have chosen Pearsons to market the sale of our house. Even though we initially had the usual temptation to go for the cheaper, fixed price options (Yopa, Purple Bricks etc.), the quality of photos, experience, contacts and professionalism by Craig helped us achieve a higher offer than other agents said was possible, more than justifying the slightly increased cost. Pearsons is the most efficient and serious agency we encountered during our housing search. We struggled for a long time to find a property until we contacted Pearsons. They have been excellent in showing us properties promptly, without any cancellations on the same day like many other agencies.
