But I would like to mention Gina who was amazing through the whole year long process, she kept me sane through the sale that fell through and her communication was brilliant between me and my new buyer! Matt Kopusto handled the sale extremely well and Olivia in the office was superb at keeping in contact and chasing things through with solicitors, buyers, etc. Everything was excellent.

I have been looking for a house for several months and dealt with many estate agents who have been really frustrating and under hand however not Pearsons! Renting Misery

We had the misfortune to rent for 13 years through Havant Pearsons. We had to put up with a very intrusive and highly critical inspection every 3 months and received extremely poor service whenever a problem arose with the property. When we left they kept our deposit, claiming without evidence various expenses. Overall a very disagreeable experience.

Pearsons is a great company, they have helped us selling our house despite of our type of property was in low demand. We had instructed other agencies previously, but despite the high number of viewings we received no offer. Also, we had a large number of last minute cancellations. Things changed with Pearsons, we had the right people viewing the property and we received feedback from each viewing, which we didn't with other companies. We are very satisfied.

I was not even Pearsons client, I was just the buyer of a property Pearsons was marketing. However, the service I received from them, and Gina Matthews in particular, was absolutely outstanding. Throughout the whole sale and purchase process, I received regular progress updates from Gina whilst there was a complete absence of anything from the agent I was paying! I would strongly recommend that you look no further - Gina and the Pearsons team are outstanding and if I ever have to go through the process again I will definitely work with no-one else!

Extremely lazy run letting agent! I called to book a viewing on a property that was uploaded to there site for 10mins, only to be told that this property was currently unavailable for viewings until mid August, I then proceeded to explain to the him my circumstances and that my interest in this property is genuine and that I'd like to view this asap, I was then told too leave it with him as he's sure he could twist there arm to get me a viewing, it's now 4 days later so I called the agents back and spoke to another agent only to be told that this property has now been Let! I then proceeded to explain to the young woman my concerns as I was under the impression that I was valued and I gave all of my details for them to contact me, she then proceeded to tell me that it's first come first serve so unlucky!! I will never use this poor excuse for a business and I urge everyone to make sure you try every other agent before you use these clowns.

Started off a good experience but moment we got into the house we had issues and Pearsons Southampton didn’t really do a lot. So after a week of living at the house we heard noises in the loft which turned out to be rats. We spoke to the neighbours at both sides said no they couldn’t hear anything. We reported it to Pearsons and they got pest control out and they came out 4 times in total. They told us the issue has been going on for years due to our loft being covered in droppings. It was horrible laying in bed hearing them running around above your head and running around in the bathroom and under the bath. Pearsons told us that the rats had to be gone first before they started filling holes. Weeks passed and the issue was getting worse and Pearsons still didn’t do anything. We finally had enough of being ignored on emails and not getting any answers on phone calls so we went in there and the person (the manager) who told us that holes will be filled once rats have gone was now telling us that holes had to be filled straight away but they never got a contractor out to do it. After a month I couldn’t handle it anymore and had to move into my parents place and stayed there whilst i hoped the issue would get solved. But nothing! In the end we received an email saying if we wasn’t satisfied with the experience then we will have to pay an exit fee to leave. We tried to fight this as we got an email from Pearsons from our landlord saying the issue has been going on for months as they have spoken to neighbours who originally told us there was nothing…so they really rented out a property to us which wasn’t fit for purpose. However, Pearsons never got the issue solved and have rented out the property again. Horrible experience and will never rent from them again.
