GoogleShockingly bad, very interested in a property but after our first viewing was cancelled, apparently at the request of the vendor, no one turned up for our subsequent appointment to view. Following a phone call we were offered what amounted to excuses that frankly insulted our intelligence with what barely passed as an apology. No attempt to rearrange the viewing.

However we have checked our records and can find no corresponding transaction in 2019. Contrary to the comments made our standard completions procedure address all of the suggested failings and many more above the industry norm.
