GoogleWould not even give 1 star.. communication with this agency is so slow. The staff are rude. Would not recommend this agency for a buyer or seller. Now dealing with morris dibben.they are so much better with there service. Reading other reviews sounds like we are not the only ones.

GoogleNo response to emails, after phoning the branch to ask to view a property that had just come on the market they couldn’t arrange a viewing for 5 days 😳. Pretty poor customer service. …
We have investigated your particular comments and have no record of any email being received by our offices requesting a viewing from yourself. On a general note we are currently receiving an extraordinarily high level of demand for all of our services and in many circumstances the availability to view can be governed by the sellers or landlords instructions. In addition we are also operating in accordance with government guidelines requiring us to observe various protocols to restrict the potential spread of the COVID, 19 virus. In practical terms this means that viewing appointments times are increased which can also impact the number of appointments we are able to conduct. The safety of our clients, customers and staff is paramount. If you would like to contact our offices directly then we would be pleased to investigate this matter for you in more detail.
