Googlestaff are friendly enough when you are initiating lease, but will suck every last penny then can out of you when you are leaving them
We note your review and are sorry you feel this way about your experience of our letting service; we act for the landlord and have to take and follow their instructions at the end of a tenancy.

GoogleA job well done by Jeremy and his team at Fareham ......thank you! Pearsons at Fareham are simply amazing AGAIN! We have dealt with Jeremy & Mark for at least 25 years in many purchases and sales. Them & their team are incredibly professional. In fact I was stunned to read two negative reviews - they could not have been real customers surely? The difference between this and other estate agents are that Mark & Jeremy have not moved from agents to agents or areas. Their knowledge of Fareham is vast, I would doubt if between them there isn't a house they probably haven't even been in.

GoogleThank you Claire Houghton and Pearsons for a fantastic service. Without Claire's hard work and compassion, the whole experience of selling my late father's flat would have been a painful job. She coordinated and organised the buyers solicitors, who were useless (Warner Goodmans) and it was her that made it happen. I would now hesitate to recommend them nor use them again. Thank you

GooglePearsons are a pleasure to deal with. Great service at a good price. Other lettings agents I have dealt with seem to constantly be looking for opportunities to make additional charges. I have never felt that with Pearsons - thank you!

GoogleI'm surprised at the negative reviews on Google as if it wasn't for Pearson's help I believe the exchange process would have dragged out for weeks. Every time I have had to call them they have gotten back to me the same day with an answer or as much info that they could find out, and they have always been friendly and professional.

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful at customer service, they rarely do what you've already had to chase them up to do, and they then get rude when you persist. Solely interested in squeezing every lost drop of money out of you that they possibly can, up to and including making it so difficult for you to counter their spurious deposit claims. Sent off to adjudicator only to see agent had made damaging and demonstrably false allegations against my character. Never will I deal with such incompetent, uncaring and avaricious idiots again.
We are obviously very disappointed to receive a review like this. We have checked our database and have NO record of a 'Sam Ivel' as being a customer of Pearsons and therefore have concerns about the validity of this review. If you are a real customer of Pearsons could you contact us so we can try to correct matters for all concerned. Pearsons seeks to achieve a high standard of customer service in all circumstances.
