We have investigated your particular comments and have no record of any email being received by our offices requesting a viewing from yourself. On a general note we are currently receiving an extraordinarily high level of demand for all of our services and in many circumstances the availability to view can be governed by the sellers or landlords instructions. In addition we are also operating in accordance with government guidelines requiring us to observe various protocols to restrict the potential spread of the COVID, 19 virus. In practical terms this means that viewing appointments times are increased which can also impact the number of appointments we are able to conduct. We received your lettings enquiry on 24th June and we endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. Unfortunately, due to the volume of viewings already taking place on this property we were unable to book any more, particularly under the current Covid-19 restrictions. The property was then let.
