GoogleI could literally write a multi page review on how terrible these people are. But I'm not willing to dedicate the time as I have already wasted too much time with these useless people. Never reply in good time, never communicate with other people in their own office, don't communicate to the landlord, very unprofessional when they do reply. If I provided the level of service at my job that these people do, I would be sacked and with good reason. Please avoid Pearsons Lettings at all costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
It is disappointing that you have felt the need to leave such a poor review of our Fareham Lettings team. As you have chosen not to leave your name on the review or specifics as to what your issue relates to it makes it incredibly difficult to reassure you. The Fareham Lettings team have all been extremely busy over the past few months, as have the whole department and whilst this does not excuse the poor service that you have described in your review, this does seem out of character and unusual to receive such feedback as the Team at Fareham have a number of satisfied Clients and Tenants.

It was a very difficult sale and sadly the chain collapsed and the sale failed, although this was no fault of Pearson’s who were professional and proactive throughout the process. FacebookAshley, Debbie and Lynn were brilliant when it came to selling the family home for my mum. Right from Ashley’s initial contact when valuing the house to the completion of the sale, Mum was kept informed at all times and they were cheerful, helpful and accommodating throughout. They made a potentially stressful process in a difficult time with Covid, smooth and stress-free. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
