From the start of our contact with Lizzie in Lettings we’ve had a very positive experience throughout the 4 years we have been tenants. We had very few issues but whenever we did have to report any jobs needed to be done they were always dealt with in a timely, professional manner. Even our inspections were always an enjoyable visit! Lizzie and her team have always been helpful. On another note we have been dealing with the sales side as well due to the rental being on the market. We met a few of the team when they were showing potential buyers around, and they always fitted in with what we were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pearsons for Lettings or Sales

The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

We turned to Pearsons after initially putting our property with another Estate Agent (big mistake!). Lizzie's frank and honest approach was a breath of fresh air. More importantly the service and work she put into renting our property was worth every penny in fees. My trust in Estate Agents had taken a knock due to previous experiences but I can honestly say Pearsons do what they say on the tin, no 'over promising' or 'misleading'. The information provided was based on research, local markets and presented in a professional manner. Their fee structure is transparent. enquiries about a property I was interested in viewing. Got a phone call today telling me I wasn't what they were looking for before they asked what my situation was. Told it was a cash only although the listing doesn't specify this and states auction. The woman on the phone was possibly the most useless "sales" person I've ever had the displeasure in meeting, I've met 12year olds with better sales instincts.

I've just sold my house through Pearsons and had a very good experience. They came to value the house within a couple days of my initial enquiry and had taken pictures and put it on the market not long after that. They kept me in the loop during the initial marketing and made a real effort to attract viewings. Cannot speak highly enough of our experiences of working with Claire at this branch in what was an extremely difficult and very protracted purchase. Claire was the pinnacle of professionalism, empathy and boundless patience in what was an extremely complicated and ever changing chain. Claire worked hard to ensure that everyone in the chain knew exactly what was happening - it wasn't her responsibility to do this but she coordinated everything so that people at every level of the chain could coordinate. If only our solicitors had been so organised and efficient! I firmly believe that had she not been involved the entire chain would have collapsed multiple times. I never want to go through the process of moving again, but if I were to do so I would go to Claire specifically because I trust wholeheartedly that she would ensure as smooth a process as possible. She has the patience of a saint - and was the one person I trusted throughout the entire process to not dissemble, misinform or ignore our requests.

Pearsons have been managing our property in Fareham for us since 2018 when we moved to another country. We have not had to worry about the house during this time due to the wonderful service Liz and her team provide. They have marketed the property for us twice and found suitable tenants quickly. They have also overseen the purchase and delivery of kitchen appliances, as well as finding contractors for various work projects, both large and small. They conduct regular property checks to ensure all is well. Communication with ourselves and the tenants is prompt and efficient. We couldn't be happier with their service, and thank them for their professionalism and diligence.

We have just exchanged on our purchase through Pearsons and were bang in the middle of the chain. Buying was easy and hassle free with the the Fareham branch. Post sale the bottom of the chain agent and solicitor were horrendous at updating and providing information to the upper chain. But Anne in sales progression kept us up to date with what was happening with our purchase and often went above and beyond with chasing up the slow moving agent at the very bottom working with my selling agent to get updates and providing my solicitor timely information. Anne kept us sane through the whole conveyancing process and anticipated issues often solving them before they became problems.
