GoogleWe chose Payne’s due to their immediate response at point of ‘request for valuation’. Chris was thoroughly professional throughout, backed up by Leah, who delivered a perfect service. I couldn’t fault Payne’s at all. If I had a question it was answered immediately, if I didn’t contact them, they kept me up to date out of courtesy. Brilliant team. Would recommend 100%.

GoogleLeah, Chloe, Jon and the rest of the team at the Walsgrave Road office were brilliant when I recently sold my house. It was 15 years since I last moved so lots of things had changed. Jon gave me some great advice about what work I should do before putting the house on the market, and what work was unnecessary. Leah and Chloe helped me manage the viewings and the property sold STC within 2 working days! Leah supported me through the process after accepting the offer until completion, and was particularly helpful and calmed me down when I became anxious part-way through. As I was also looking to buy I had first-hand experience of other local estate agents and realised that I had definitely made the right choice with Payne Associates as their professionalism and attitude was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!

GoogleWhen the time same to sell our property we contacted 3 estate agents but were immediately impressed by Jon's enthusiasm when he visited us. We also liked Payne's physical as well as on line presence and were delighted by the info pack they prepared. We received an offer within 24 hours of putting the property on the market, and completed 12 weeks later. Leah and Jon were a joy to work with, friendly, professional, helpful and always on the ball. I would highly recommend the company.

GooglePayne Associates handled the sale of one of my rental properties. I dealt with Tom and then Leah, who were both pleasant and easy to work with. Communication was good, and they helped with various issues in connection with the house, which helped as I don't live in Coventry.

GoogleI have bought and sold before and thus I can say that Payne's are probably one of the most genuine and polite teams I've have come across. They were always on the ball with updates and actioned things efficiently. Jon showed me the property and was always responsive when we came across some stumbling blocks. GooglePayne Associates recently sold my house in Coventry. I was very impressed with how they presented my property, with a 1st class description and photographs. Tom and Leah are on the ball and you could not ask for more from an Estate Agent - great people. My only small quibble ( which I'm sure applies to most other Estate Agents ) is that they fail to make clear that the prices they quote do not include vat - I would prefer to have the full & complete price 'upfront'. Other than that, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GooglePaynes produced an excellent brochure and found us a buyer within one week. There were some administrative and legal hurdles, but Donna and Vicki managed everything with efficiency and courtesy. They kept me informed every step of the way. If you need an estate agent, I highly recommend Paynes in Earlsdon, Coventry.

GoogleI purchased a house through Paynes (Daventry office) last October and was really impressed with how they handled the entire process. I'd had a terrible experience with another estate agent months earlier. It was me vs the estate agent! They were pushy, unhelpful and made the whole process extremely stressful, needless to say that particular purchase fell through. Paynes were the complete opposite, it was so refreshing to deal with helpful, friendly people. Susie handled my purchase and I honestly felt that she was always acting in the best interests of both parties. The whole process, from first viewing to completion went smoothly. Susie kept things moving along without any pressure or stress. Any queries or concerns I raised were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Occasionally, I spoke with other members of the team and found them to be just as helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Paynes for your next property transaction!

GoogleI Would never use or recormmend Payne’s estate, I have a few issue., 1, none or little feedback, 2, not telling potential buyers that certain times were not convenient,Which then led to them turning up a viewing,not answering emails, and when told we were taking our property of the market they didn’t acknowledge us and the sign is still up.
