GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Payne Associates and we were delighted with the way Melanie helped us. She kept us up-dated and helped a great deal when our Solicitor when off ill. She did a lot of chasing, over and above what was required. I think I have spoken to most of the staff at Earlsdon branch (sorry!) and they were all super. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Buying your first home is a daunting prospect and Susie made sure we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process and ensured we were always up to date and what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. GoogleIt was great working with Liz - the Sales Manager - with regards to selling my property. The property was part of a housing association which brought it's many foibles. In one particular instance I was really struggling with information from my Solicitor and Liz showed immediate empathy and genuine concern for my predicament and offered to contact the housing association on my behalf. Liz was able to use her experience and knowledge of these types of contracts to sort out the problem, which was a massive relief to me. At the time I thanked her for having gone the extra mile and she continued to do the same throughout the rest of the sale through to completion. A 5 star customer experience.

GoogleDaventry Road Branch - Cheylesmore All of the team at Paynes were professional and helpful, always kept me informed of viewings and the feedback they received. Both the sale and purchase was done through Paynes and always felt I could call at any time with questions. Like many sales we did have a couple of problems but the team sorted them straight away. Would certainly recommend them to anyone considering a move.

How refreshing to be treated as a couple who wanted to sell their house. Overall it took 18 months to sell the house. The previous 3 Estate Agents to Paynes were [ being polite ] less than professional. Payne's on the other hand were; thoughtful, helpful, attentive, communicative which, rounded up, means they were professional. We had met with Stacie previously as the Agent who we had bought our current home through. We found her to be just as enthusiastic and professional in her approach, when assisting customers in the task of both buying and selling properties. Tom ensured that everything necessary for a sale was set up and in place. Meanwhile, Stacie set about contacting all persons that she and Tom knew had shown an interest in a property such as ours at the right price and location. It payed off, as we soon had a young lady who made an offer we could not refuse.
