Payne & Associates at the Walsgrave Branch were the second agents to try and sell my house; my confidence was pretty low and I felt a little defeated by this time. Tom arranged for the pictures and advertisements to take the sale forward, and it was so good I would have bought my house all over again - he'd done a fantastic job. The calls came flooding in and the lovely Stacie arranged and did show-rounds for months and months giving every ounce of her professionalism to sell the property. Sadly through no fault of Payne's the house fell through, quite a few times!. Each time Stacie brushed me down, picked me back up, reassured me (almost daily) and did a fantastic job of selling it for us. I have a great deal of affection for Stacie, she helped me through a very difficult time, and I will be forever grateful to her and her colleague Stephanie. I would recommend Stacie as Sales woman of the year if I could, she deserves it. But what was more important to me as a seller was her constant advise, reassurance and kindness, it really did mean the world to me. Thankyou so much, I will actually miss you all. Suzie xx

I have bought and sold before and thus I can say that Payne's are probably one of the most genuine and polite teams I've have come across. They were always on the ball with updates and actioned things efficiently. Jon showed me the property and was always responsive when we came across some stumbling blocks. Excellent estate agents We used Payne’s to buy a property and sell our property. We mostly dealt with Paige who was amazing very professional and efficient, always keeping us up to date with the progress on sale/purchase. Very knowledgeable about the process and extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and she certainly went the extra mile. We also had lots of help from Sinead who was also fantastic and extremely helpful. They sold our house on first viewing and all within a week. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to family and friends. They really do provide an a great service from start to finish. Thanks Paige, Sinead and Richard.

I appointed Payne right at the start of the original lockdown so they weren't able to do anything for a few months. They were quick to respond to my enquiry. When things eased and we were able to more actively market, they found me a buyer pretty quickly. I originally dealt with Leah and then Paige, who I must say was absolutely great. I'm an investor landlord and have dealt with numerous agents, but she's amongst the best. She was very thorough, kept on top of things and kept me fully informed on progress which I really appreciated. Some might say she was just doing her job, but many agents are far too passive but she was proactive, always helpful and responsive. I would certainly recommend Payne and particularly Paige.

When the time same to sell our property we contacted 3 estate agents but were immediately impressed by Jon's enthusiasm when he visited us. We also liked Payne's physical as well as on line presence and were delighted by the info pack they prepared. We received an offer within 24 hours of putting the property on the market, and completed 12 weeks later. Leah and Jon were a joy to work with, friendly, professional, helpful and always on the ball. Professional, friendly and helpful with property sale.

We chose Payne Associates in Walsgrave because we thought it was an ideal local branch. I am so glad we did. My family met with Tom Hewitt to value the property we needed to sell. He gave us his professional opinion on the property value and guided us through the process for preparing it for sale and making sure we had access to the property whilst he had to show potential buyers around.. Excellent marketing, sold with a good price very quickly. Tom kept in contact with us throughout and made sure on completion day every thing ran smoothly. He made sure other staff were available and informed us if we needed other help.

We had an excellent service from Payne associates on Walsgrave Road purchasing our first home. I first met Stacie at my first viewing. From the moment i met her she was very friendly and helpful and i actually felt like i was dealing with a friend as opposed to just someone doing their job. I expressed an interest to buy but unfortunately the house already had an offer with another agency. Thankfully the sellers agreed to my offer after Stacie, who had helped the sellers buy their current home, advised them that i was in a great position that was beneficial to them. The whole sale went through in 4 weeks and Stacie was very attentive with communication and helped take a lot of the stress away which is so beneficial when buying a house 5 weeks out from Christmas (or at any time!). A large part of us being able to buy our home was Stacie’s excellent customer service rap-ore. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent to use Payne’s.

Payne's provided excellent customer service.

How refreshing to be treated as a couple who wanted to sell their house. Overall it took 18 months to sell the house. The previous 3 Estate Agents to Paynes were [ being polite ] less than professional. Payne's on the other hand were; thoughtful, helpful, attentive, communicative which, rounded up, means they were professional. We had met with Stacie previously as the Agent who we had bought our current home through. We found her to be just as enthusiastic and professional in her approach, when assisting customers in the task of both buying and selling properties. Tom ensured that everything necessary for a sale was set up and in place. Meanwhile, Stacie set about contacting all persons that she and Tom knew had shown an interest in a property such as ours at the right price and location. It payed off, as we soon had a young lady who made an offer we could not refuse.

Payne Associates recently sold my house in Coventry. I was very impressed with how they presented my property, with a 1st class description and photographs. Tom and Leah are on the ball and you could not ask for more from an Estate Agent - great people. My only small quibble ( which I'm sure applies to most other Estate Agents ) is that they fail to make clear that the prices they quote do not include vat - I would prefer to have the full & complete price 'upfront'. Other than that, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Leah, Chloe, Jon and the rest of the team at the Walsgrave Road office were brilliant when I recently sold my house. It was 15 years since I last moved so lots of things had changed. Jon gave me some great advice about what work I should do before putting the house on the market, and what work was unnecessary. Leah and Chloe helped me manage the viewings and the property sold STC within 2 working days! Leah supported me through the process after accepting the offer until completion, and was particularly helpful and calmed me down when I became anxious part-way through. As I was also looking to buy I had first-hand experience of other local estate agents and realised that I had definitely made the right choice with Payne Associates as their professionalism and attitude was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone!
