GoogleSusie and her team have been great! We had a very difficult time purchasing our new bungalow, due to solicitors, mortgage company etc, but Susie has been very helpful throughout. Her communication was great and she was very patient, considering it took us 9 months to complete! I would recommend this branch to anyone.

All the staff are helpful in branch and made the whole process stress free. Have used these agents previously and wouldn't use any other company for any future sales. Thank you guys. We chose Payne Associates in Walsgrave because we thought it was an ideal local branch. I am so glad we did. My family met with Tom Hewitt to value the property we needed to sell. He gave us his professional opinion on the property value and guided us through the process for preparing it for sale and making sure we had access to the property whilst he had to show potential buyers around.. Excellent marketing, sold with a good price very quickly. Tom kept in contact with us throughout and made sure on completion day every thing ran smoothly. He made sure other staff were available and informed us if we needed other help.

GooglePaynes sold our house this year .our agent Stacey was amazing.we had a few set backs but Stacey went behold her duties and kept us motiivated and fully informed on what was happening.We found Stacey and Tom very understanding and patient. l would recommend walgrave road office to anyone and if you get Stacey as your agent a bonus.

GoogleMy mum's house was on the market with Paynes for a while and we were kept in touch by Stacey at Walsgrave rd about when people were coming to view and also about people who were interested in buying. When it came to signing over the house they done everything for us nice and quick and we would use them again .

GooglePayne & Associates at the Walsgrave Branch were the second agents to try and sell my house; my confidence was pretty low and I felt a little defeated by this time. Tom arranged for the pictures and advertisements to take the sale forward, and it was so good I would have bought my house all over again - he'd done a fantastic job. The calls came flooding in and the lovely Stacie arranged and did show-rounds for months and months giving every ounce of her professionalism to sell the property. Sadly through no fault of Payne's the house fell through, quite a few times!. Each time Stacie brushed me down, picked me back up, reassured me (almost daily) and did a fantastic job of selling it for us. I have a great deal of affection for Stacie, she helped me through a very difficult time, and I will be forever grateful to her and her colleague Stephanie. I would recommend Stacie as Sales woman of the year if I could, she deserves it. But what was more important to me as a seller was her constant advise, reassurance and kindness, it really did mean the world to me. Thankyou so much, I will actually miss you all. Suzie xx

GoogleWe had an excellent service from Payne associates on Walsgrave Road purchasing our first home. I first met Stacie at my first viewing. From the moment i met her she was very friendly and helpful and i actually felt like i was dealing with a friend as opposed to just someone doing their job. I expressed an interest to buy but unfortunately the house already had an offer with another agency. Thankfully the sellers agreed to my offer after Stacie, who had helped the sellers buy their current home, advised them that i was in a great position that was beneficial to them. The whole sale went through in 4 weeks and Stacie was very attentive with communication and helped take a lot of the stress away which is so beneficial when buying a house 5 weeks out from Christmas (or at any time!). A large part of us being able to buy our home was Stacie’s excellent customer service rap-ore. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent to use Payne’s.

GoogleHad no frequent updates I had to call them in order to know what was going on. On the week of exchange we was told that there was a break down in sellers relationship and one of the co owners were now in Australia. The branch was well aware of this and did not tell me from the start. Then to be told the co owner that was in Australia the branch did not have there ID. Well I know estate agents should not list property without signed consent and I'd from both owners this is illegal for money laundering purposes.This delaid the exchange for three weeks unfortunately. So there fore for a so called Agent with good reputation play these tactics is wrong. We did complete in the end so not a total disaster I feel the staff held back from giving basic info in order to make the sale go through because if we were told from the start we never would have went through with sale.
