GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Paynes. Very proactive in seeking buyers when an earlier sale fell through and kept us regularly informed. Our main contact was Paige who was excellent but if not available other staff were also helpful.

GoogleExcellent estate agents We used Payne’s to buy a property and sell our property. We mostly dealt with Paige who was amazing very professional and efficient, always keeping us up to date with the progress on sale/purchase. Very knowledgeable about the process and extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble and she certainly went the extra mile. We also had lots of help from Sinead who was also fantastic and extremely helpful. They sold our house on first viewing and all within a week. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to family and friends. They really do provide an a great service from start to finish. Thanks Paige, Sinead and Richard.

GoogleWe had a great experience selling our home with Payne Associates, Earlsdon. The entire team were really friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great tips for getting the most from the photos/viewings. They sold the house fast and then were instrumental in moving the process along and liaising with solicitors and the buyers. They made the entire process as stress free as possible. Thankyou so much.

GoogleA great service from the start especially as it is lockdown and Covid. We sold our flat as we have moved back home to NZ. Paynes were really helpful as they managed all the viewings after we left and also let a couple of folk in to remove bits of furniture! UK conveyancing is nailbiting and tense, not straightforward at all, but Paynes made their bit easy and they are good value. Many thanks to Vicki, Molly, Aaron and team. Recommended

GoogleGiven covid restrictions and viewings being a problem I was able to work with Paynes though I personally conducted all viewings on behalf of Paynes.. Actually enabling myself to give a personal account of the home. Sale eventually went through and thanks to Sarah, Vicki and staff.

GoogleI appointed Payne right at the start of the original lockdown so they weren't able to do anything for a few months. They were quick to respond to my enquiry. When things eased and we were able to more actively market, they found me a buyer pretty quickly. I originally dealt with Leah and then Paige, who I must say was absolutely great. I'm an investor landlord and have dealt with numerous agents, but she's amongst the best. She was very thorough, kept on top of things and kept me fully informed on progress which I really appreciated. Some might say she was just doing her job, but many agents are far too passive but she was proactive, always helpful and responsive. I would certainly recommend Payne and particularly Paige.

GoogleWe recently completed a sale and purchase with the sale side through Payne's. The chain was huge and many of the other agents were completely useless, however our agent from Paynes, Siobhan, clearly put in a huge amount of effort chasing down the weak links and driving the process forwards. I am completely satisfied that we chose to use Payne's rather than a cheaper alternative - we absolutely got what we paid for. Professional service, high quality images in the adverts, fast responses to queries and issues. If we had chosen a cheaper agent I am 100% sure the sale and purchase would have fallen through.

GoogleI Would never use or recormmend Payne’s estate, I have a few issue., 1, none or little feedback, 2, not telling potential buyers that certain times were not convenient,Which then led to them turning up a viewing,not answering emails, and when told we were taking our property of the market they didn’t acknowledge us and the sign is still up.
