GoogleMy wife and I viewed a property in Stivichall and Payne Associates were acting as the Estate Agent for the vendor. Prior to our viewing, I had spoken with various members of staff at Payne Associates and was very satisfied with their knowledge and professionalism. Representative Kieran attended the viewing on behalf of the vendor. I found Kieran to be very professional, both in his appearance and his knowledge of the property itself and property market in general. A real asset to the company.

GoogleHad the most amazing viewing experience with Kieran, a sales negotiator from Payne Associates. He was extremely transparent with the property we viewed and the buying process itself. This was the main reason why we purchased the property as there’s not many other estate agents that are very transparent. The whole process has been super quick and fast so far and I can’t wait to complete the process. I would highly recommend going with Payne Associates if you’re looking to buy a house. GoogleA full and professional service from start to finish under quite difficult conditions. Payne Associates helped push the completion through and without them pushing the rest of the chain, we would have really struggled to complete in time. An excellent service!

GoogleCouldn’t have asked for a better transaction. We bought a house through Paynes & they were so professional. They kept in touch with us the whole time, keeping us updated at various points. I would definitely use them again when buying or selling property.

GoogleWOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYNE ASSOCIATES - EARLSDON!! We have just brought our house through Payne Associates - EARLSDON and we had a very positive experience. I chose Payne Associates because they had excellent local knowledge, strong communications and had a clear idea of how to pitch my property to the market. I was not disappointed with my choice.
