GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews but we have just sold are house with paynes ,we had problems with are buyer pulling out just before completion and paynes were amazing they turned it round and had the whole team working on getting more viewings and we sold again with in two days I have sold and bought a few houses over the years and paynes are the best very professional and quick service brilliant Thankyou so much

GoogleMyself and my wife recently purchased a house through Paynes (Coventry Warwick Row) and were really impressed. It was really good to deal with helpful, friendly people. Liz handled the purchase and was there to assist from first viewing to completion. Queries and issues were dealt with promptly and professionally and it really felt like she was acting in the best interest of both parties. Myself and my wife also spoke with other members of the team and found them just as helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Paynes if you’re looking to sell or buy. Mark Bunting

GoogleAs a buyer they were great to deal with, regular and friendly communication, honest and transparent. From viewing to completion I've not had any issues with the service, it's been delightful. From Lee arranging the viewings and promptly finding out further info for me and then to Melanie who's kept on top of everything and gone above and beyond from putting in the offer to completion. It's been bumpy with the conveyancers but with Melanie at the wheel everything's just felt smoother 'thank God for Mel!' Absolutely would recommend.

GoogleI was recommended Paynes through a friend. I have to say the support from start to completion was outstanding. Our chain experienced a number of different issues but Melanie went above and beyond to hold the chain together in which she succeeded. Liz was always at hand to answer any queries and gave good advice. She was also a great negotiator. John’s knowledge of the property market and local area was second to none so I knew we were in good hands. Communication was great. Staff were very friendly. If you want to be supported in your sale by a great team, I would thoroughly recommend.
This certainly was a challenging chain but we are delighted to have got there in the end. Thank you very much for your kind review.

GoogleCannot fault the dedication and professionalism of the staff. Worked tirelessly through very difficult circumstances to try and get my property sold. Unfortunately due to my management company letting the fire safety certificate lapse, it wasn’t to be. Hopefully 2025 will see the certificate renewed and the sale can proceed to a final conclusion. Will definitely be using them again, Mel worked so hard for us and was devastated by the outcome.

GoogleIt was a pleasure having John Paynes estate agents manage the sale of our house. From the outset, there was a friendly and honest assessment of the house and the projected value, fantastic photos marketing the property and viewing hosted by the lovely Vanessa. Lots of viewings were booked and offers were quickly received. Paynes helped us assess the offers, the buyers positions and status in or out of a chain. Once we'd accepted an offer Vicki worked with us and the solicitors to ensure the contracts were exchanged smoothly. We can't recommend Payne's estate agents enough :)
