Absolutely shocking customer service - we bought a let property that MD were managing. The tenants over paid a rental month overlapping the purchase date and it has been more than 6 months ongoing for MD to reimburse the funds due. We recently acquired a property with the help of Morris Dibben Southampton, they were just exceptional from the viewings up until completion. They were very professional but with a personal touch and you could see the genuine as of everyone you spoke with there. Our transaction was a bit complex because of a planning permission requirement which took months to be approved and a few other complications. The process was tedious and very challenging but Morris Dibben kept us informed and updated very regularly.
