GoogleWe have had a property let with Morris Dibben for a number of years with no hassle but just recently we had to apply to retain the tenants deposit. This can be a problem but Elizabeth in the deposit department was helpful and efficient and soon had it sorted.. Thank you Liz

GoogleMorris Dibben Lettings and its previous companies have dealt with the letting and management of my property since around 2007. I have always had very good service from them. From selecting renters, arranging everything. Whenever there was a problem with items etc the team were always helpful, friendly and got things sorted with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.

The professionalism of everyone has been outstanding. From finding tenants, to managing the day to day issues that crop up, they have all been excellent. GoogleEDIT* MORRIS DIBBEN SOUTHAMPTON IS STILL THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN THE UK. ITS BEEN 50 DAYS SINCE I AM OUT OF THE FLAT BUT THEY KEEP STALLING ME INSTEAD OF REFUNDING ME. COUNTLESS EMAILS SENT BUT NO RESPONSE AND NO PROGRESS WHEN THERE IS RESPONSE. GIVE ME WHAT I AM OWED AND END MY RELATIONS YOU ARE SICK PEOPLE.

GoogleAn outstanding performance from Narinder Rai and the whole team at Morris Dibben. We had some major difficulties and delays caused by the solicitors - but Narinder went above and beyond anything we could have expected and her efforts made sure the sale went through. All staff very professional, also helpful and friendly, and did a great job showing people around. Strongly recommend this company and this office.

GoogleSingle worst estate agency. No answer to emails, every little case gets weeks and weeks amount of time. TERRIBLE customer service. THEY TAKE TURNS HAVING HOLIDAYS REPEATEDLY AND EACH WORKER STARTS THE CASE ALL OVER AGAIN. DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM EACH OF THE STAFF. THEY HAVE AN EXCUSE FOR EVERYTHING. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR WHAT I AM OWED SINCE A MONTH AND STILL NO PROGRESS OR AT LEAST AN UPDATE.

GooglePretty Good Service, only problem its always seems to be someone different writing the emails. Otherwise the service is good value for the fee. Not had too much problem with them for more than 10 years. Pretty reliable and helpfull.
