GoogleThis was my first time dealing with an agency and it made me so comfortable and happy to find Laura that helped me throughout the whole process of renting. She answered all of my questions and the people at the Morrison Dibben agency put me in contact with her all the time,and helped me with my inquiries even when she wasn’t available to take my calls. They are amazing when it comes to creating a care free process for the renters and it made me more open when it comes to renting with an agency. They did all the checks and made sure i’m settling well in the new home,delivering all of the documents in time and been really open to explaining the costs of every detail that i’ve asked for. I will definitely come back when i need to find a place to rent,and give my family and friends the reassurance that this agency it’s the of the best and encourage them to reach out to them.

Rose and Emily both helped me through the whole process, gave me all the information so that I could make informed choices, answered my questions very quickly even on weekends and overall made the whole process go very smoothly. GoogleAs a prospective renter I had a fantastic experience with Rose and Laura who were both very helpful, kind and shared lots of information. Rose in particular was very sensitive, inclusive and informative. A welcome change to the hostile experience from estate agents at the moment when viewing houses as a prospective buyer. I would use Morris Dibben in future based off this experience ☺️

Googlei have just moved to romsey and the lettings team at morriss dibben were really excellent.Everything was done in a smooth controlled way, taking away a lot of the stress that i have felt before with other agents. All the staff were very pleasant. and sorted any niggling problems quick and efficiently.I would recommend them without hesitation.

GoogleExcellent from the start, quick to respond even out of hours - very patient and when we needed some bits sorting on the day we moved in it was all taken care of within the week. Communication was brilliant and so we can sleep easy knowing any issues will be taken care of as soon as possible. We are only contacted when necessary and they are very courteous and professional when they do.

I found the lettings team to be very friendly, provided good communication throughout the process and ensured that if we had any questions they would be answered quickly.
