GoogleMandy Sutcliffe guided us on the sale of my late mum's property. From the very first meeting, she offered support and was extremely sensitive, caring and mindful of the situation we were in. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and always had the answer to our questions. On numerous occasions, I had contacted her out of hours or over the weekend but she always responded promptly with the answers. We couldn't have asked for anything more from a member of your team and will always be grateful to her.

GoogleDoesn’t even deserve one star, offer accepted, proof of funds and mortgage in principle sent over, they carried on doing viewings and rang me and tried to get me in a bidding war, avoid them at all costs, bad practice by an estate agent

GoogleI have used Miller Metcalfe twice. They are so professional and efficient, honest and reliable. They keep you updated on everything. Each and every member of staff I have spoken to are so knowledgeable, polite, good to speak with and nothing is too much trouble for them. They definitely go above and beyond giving help and advice. I can't thank them enough. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Katie handled the sale of our house in Bolton. She came to it part way through after her predecessor left, and very quickly got up to speed with what turned out to be a long and very difficult sale. Her communication was always excellent and she was polite, friendly and helpful. Shakira was also very good. We were very happy with the service provided by everyone at Miller Metcalfe Bolton.

GoogleShocking practice from this estate agent. Accept offers in writing, have proof of funds, say they wont do more viewings. Then go on to do more viewings and accept other offers and try to create bidding wars! Totally unethical practice!
