I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process and my questions were always answered at the earliest opportunity. Excellent service… if your goal is to waste people’s time. I closed my business early and travelled to attend a scheduled property viewing, only to find that nobody turned up. No phone call, no message, no apology. It’s impressive how little respect some companies have for other people’s time. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’d hate to imagine what the service is like after you’ve signed anything. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

A well deserved 5 stars to all involved with the sale, this has been a very difficult and challenging time but through the patience and determination of firstly Amanda and then Katie the sale was completed. Miller Metcalfe sold my house in just 7 days. I think I was very lucky to have a buyer straightaway, which was probably unusual. The pictures they took were a very good quality. The sale went through without a hitch, so I didn't need their help much, but when I had a question they were quick to answer. The only criticism is they didn't follow through with a promised e-copy of the pictures for my archive, despite two phone calls. I would thoroughly recommend their service.
