What an amazing, diligent and transparent company to deal with. From the start, marketing was key and concentrated which meant that it kept the price competitive. Within a week or two I had offers and accepted one. Unfortunately my potential buyers buyer dropped out a few weeks later. I still had another very interested buyer who was happy to take on the sale, they had been kept in the loop should anything unforeseen crop up. The Bolton team, Katie, Amanda and Shakira were very keen, diligent and knowledgeable. They provided updates almost day by day. The office phone was always answered in seconds and any messages immediately passed on and responded to quickly. They listened to my needs as I wasn’t living locally and this was a probate sale. They made the whole experience less stressful and I would recommend Miller Metcalfe’s service for anyone wishing to sell their property. Thank you all for making the whole process from start to finish as smooth as possible.

Worsley branch. Would be here forever explaining all the issues we’ve had with them for a very long time. To cut it short, they were useless, we did most of the viewing ourselves, most of the time they didn’t have a clue what they were talking about, they were constantly passing on incorrect information, they sided with our buyers who were clearly telling us lies throughout the whole process and making our lives extremely stressful, the attitude of some of them was rude. I can bet my life most of them having never personally experienced the selling/buying process so cannot understand or relate to anything you’re going through. Customer service, awful. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. That’s what we’re doing. Update: proof of their couldn’t care less attitude due to generic response to review. Would have be nice to have received a personal response/apology due to all the issues we had. Amazing how quick they can reply to a bad review. Shame this wasn’t the case when it come our lives being effected by the sale of our property.

I can’t rate the Bolton team enough, especially Shakira. We were buying our first home and didn’t really know what to do or what to expect. Shakira and the team were always easy to get in touch with, really helpful and reassuring, always replied to our emails. They couldn’t do enough to help us, even talking us through things our solicitor should really have been explaining. Buying a house in the UK is a stressful experience, but having such good communication from the agent was so helpful.
