Katie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She was kind, polite, positive and always incredibly helpful. She was very quick to respond to phone calls and emails, which made such a difference during what can be a stressful time. We had quite a few issues during the move, but Katie was very hands-on and supportive throughout. I always felt like she was on my side and genuinely had my best interests at heart, which meant a lot. I also had brief dealings with Shakira and Amanda, who both seemed lovely and just as helpful. Thank you all for making a difficult process much easier.
