Michael Graham couldnt even be bothered to come to the phone when we rang them with a new listing, when we asked to speak to an agent, we were told 'give us your address, we ll send you some terms and conditions over' by a person answering the phone. They must have so much business they dont need any more

Regrettably I let a property “fully managed” through Michael Graham, paying the high fees believing their promises of looking after my interests better than their competitors. They watched over the property as things went missing and were damaged, telling me everything was ok, some of the above being documented with photos, but not acted on whilst the tenant was in situ. Once said tenant had left, all I was left with was the deposit and no constructive assistance from MG. In the aftermath dealing with the state the property had been left in, I found them to be arrogant, inept and unprofessional I for one would never again entertain them managing my property, id go elsewhere or do it myself, as I am now

During the time we were dealing with the negotiators at Michael Graham’s office in Newport Pagnell and in particular with their senior negotiator, Magda Duff, for the sale of our house in Giffard Park we had a super experience with them all the way through the process. In particular Magda’s cheerful and positive approach, ably assisted by her junior colleague Catherine Johnson, was key to us getting a fantastic offer within 3 weeks of the house going on sale. Thereafter right through to completion, some 10 weeks later, Magda kept her finger on the pulse of the process ensuring that there were no delays or holdups and she communicated and kept us very well informed at all times. She responded rapidly and effectively whenever we had a question or concern and basically she, efficiently supported by Catherine, were key in making the whole transaction very easy, smooth and stress free. Magda’s personal networking skills also shone through and are one of the key elements, along with her deep knowledge of the local property market, for her obvious fit for her role within the Michael Graham organisation. We are both extremely happy that we selected Magda and thereby Michael Graham to act as sole agents for us for the sale of our property, and would do the same again in a heartbeat should the need ever arise in the future. Great job Magda and keep it up.

Our experience of selling our house through Michael Graham's Buckingham team was entirely positive. From the initial valuation through to completion, the team were helpful, well-informed and responsive. Gareth was our main point of contact and I always felt that he was on the case, and gave good advice. We cannot recommend Michael Graham in Princes Risborough highly enough. What a team!!Paul Copping Negotiator and Office Manager set the Sale up in the most professional way. We chose Michael Graham because of him and wanted him and only him to show potential buyers round. That was until we met Tamsin Scott. A lovely genuine person who we put our trust in and who sold our house. We thought they were all we needed but when the sale met some problems Steve Tillyer stepped up and saved the day. Some representative turns up at My…

Some representative from Bedford branch turns up at My house today with his Zoopla printouts. He then Prices my property at the £520 mark due to some googling and online valuations. To be clear zoopla makes no account for renovations which I have done at 65k. He then tries to tell my partner the previous history of the property (Zoopla) is all over the internet which is some of the reasoning for the valuation, which for the record has incorrect floor plans and incorrect specifications which has major impact on previous valuation as it’s simply not accurate., so no idea what he is talking about with that therory.Who turns up with a Zoopla printout??? This is only an estimation and clearly states renovations are not included !!!The only other history available is on Rightmove but only available to agents so technically the spill is a complete lie as it’s not representative, so it’s just nonsense he was coming out with.What a complete joker who has not done any homework and thinks we are going to fall for his nonsense because he knows how to do some print outs. We have a great new outbuilding and tub but he thinks it has zero value. I could crane this out tomorrow and sell for £35k so again he is completely clueless and full it.He wants to spin a buck and take his ridiculous 1.5% and low ball my property for a quick flip.I know what it’s worth as we have sold it previously and it has far more value than then so his ridiculous valuation again is just not representative. I want somebody who understands the house and area representing me rather than some blagger. I think his suit was so loud it’s made him delusional.Nothing annoys me more than a slimy estate agent with no qualifications trying to do what’s right for him rather than the client. Really poor and out of touch.Do not use this bunch of charlatans. Three other agents have priced differently and all within 5k which tells me this guy is on the take . Could not of hit the mark of the stereotype of a estate agent !!!!

We sent an enquiry to Michael graham in Towcester relating to a property in Greens Norton, Northants we were interested in viewing. After 2 days passing with zero contact I e-mailed them again and this time a member of their team 'condescended' to call back. he had no interest in arranging a viewing instead informing us that they had already had 'multiple viewings' on the property and various offers none of which had yet been accepted!! he also said that as a few of the viewers were in better positions than us to proceed it wasn't really worth our while viewing. So he didn't want us to view a property that had no accepted offers on it and we are selling a large home worth way more than the listing with no mortgage!! He asked no questions about our circumstances and I get the opinion MG see themselves as a bit up market who don't really have to try to hard with their exclusive clientele

Rarely leave reviews (unless extremely dissatisfied!) however I feel compelled to extoll not only Michael Graham for their speed, professionalism and dedication but also Luke Jackson and Gareth Redman. Luke did an amazing job of valuing and marketing our previous home and Gareth (our main point of contact throughout the 'journey') was 110% dedicated to our case until we completed last week. On a personal note, we had a baby through this process, Christmas and NY holidays, our move to a new house etc so were stretched, but Gareth was truly the glue throughout- chasing us, the buyer, the various solicitors etc etc until the job was done. Would likely have not managed to sell without him and we are of course wholeheartedly grateful and fully recommend Michael Graham.
