I would like to thank everyone at Michael Graham especially Alexandra Mezo, Alexandra helped me with the sale and Graham and Alexandra helped me and my daughter search for a new home. In the end we find a new house via one of their other offices and Alexandra helped keep me update with the process of the sale and purchase. Jane made sure the paper work was accurate and kept up to date she was very helpful with this. I used the solicitors next door and they where also very professional and helpful. I would recommend using Michael Graham and the solicitors.

Buying a property is undoubtedly a very tedious and stressful experience, particularly in the current climate. We were very fortunate to come across our ideal family home sold by Michael Graham and in particular the star of the entire process, Tamsin Scott. Tamsin was exceptional. She is knowledgeable of the housing market, the property of interest and surrounding areas. She is a fantastic communicator, enthusiastic and very passionate about her job. Tamsin kept us informed throughout the entire process and was a great mediator for all parties involved. We bought through Michael Graham and they were outstanding. They gave the buyer security by doing extensive due diligence on my initial offer but also fairly supported both myself and the buyer through some hardships later on in the process. Philip kept the process streamlined and concise in the early stages and Caroline was incredibly responsive, at points even correcting my own agents shortcomings in the sales control phase. All over, it does seem that Michael Graham do really go the extra mile when it comes to care and attention to detail. I recently bought a property through Michael Graham and they were fantastic at ensuring it all went through. There were quite a few obstacles and the process took quite a long time but Jo especially was extremely conscientious, helpful and determined to ensure it completed! I don't think it would have been done as well if it wasn't for Jo, I can't thank her enough.
