Terrible communication, a can't be bothered attitude. Jaded approach, complete lack of enthusiasm made the whole experience very frustrating. They take 1.25% plus vat if successful and for that large sum of money put very little effort in. Cancelled our contract after 6 months. Could make a large list of things that were wrong or didn't happen but following their lead, can't be bothered.

GoogleHighly recommend Michael Graham. Jo and Richard kept me calm during a very emotional sale and dealt with everything efficiently and professionally. Things often go wrong during house moves, and problems arise, but Jo and Richard both helped me navigate it. They can’t remove the stress but they can certainly help!

GoogleI mostly dealt with Jo Armitage at Michael Graham Towcester and she was brilliant. Really professional and helped me through what was a very difficult and emotional house sale. I really appreciated her reassurance and she found a buyer for me quickly after I had been with other agents for many months during difficult economic times.

GoogleVery helpful from initial valuation to final sale. Advice given whenever asked for, and always replied to questions. Looked after all the house viewings, and followed up after each viewing. Once an offer was accepted Michael Graham then chased this through, with other Agents in the chain, solicitors and my buyer. They also helped with finding a solicitor and remover. Many thanks. Stuart

GoogleExcellent communication, very helpful professional agents who navigated the sale of my house perfectly. I chose them as they were the agents selling the property when I bought it 13 years ago, and I remembered how good they had been then. They were equally good acting for me in selling now. Worth their fees, great on line photos and brochure, and nice people to do business with.

GoogleJames from Michael Graham sold us our house in North Marston, and 12 years later sold it for us. Both experiences were excellent. We accepted an offer within a month of it going on the market. I would definitely recommend Michael Graham on the back of our experience.

GoogleI can’t thank Lee and the team at Michael Graham in Milton Keynes enough , the time and effort they put into keeping a complicated chain of moves in place was brilliant , without them I am not sure my house move would have made it to completion. I would definitely recommend them .

GoogleMichael Graham in general were great during our process. Lee in particular was easily reachable and accomodating our various visits to the property. As the sale progressed he was very helpful with keeping us informed and being the go between with solicitors.
