I was fortunate enough to meet up with Regan Taylor from Michael Graham Estate Agents in the purchase of my new home. Moving house can be a stressful time, but throughout, Regan made the process stress free with his knowledge, friendly manner, and him regular keeping me up to date with the progress throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for Regan which was so reassuring. We have just sold our property in Loughton with Michael Graham. Rob Hawkins has been amazing. Although we had a short chain, the buyers at the bottom of the chain were a little bit awkward and their Solicitors were useless! Towards the end, I was very worried that the whole thing would fall through; we only exchanged 2 days before completion. Rob worked tirelessly, phoning us every day with updates (even when there wasn’t one). He chased the chain constantly and he really worked hard to make sure we did complete and move into our lovely new home. It took us longer than anticipated to find a buyer but that could have been down to the market. We cannot fault the after sales service and progression that Rob facilitated. His help was invaluable! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Rob, Roger and team 😃

I cannot recommend Michael Graham enough. I recently used them in a house sale transaction which for many reasons was complex and experienced delays. Having wasted 3 months with a different agent, we marketed our home with Bedford Michael Graham. The initial appointment with Warren , the fantastic photos and online advert, to selling our home quickly and exchange within in 7 weeks, completion in 8 weeks we cannot fault the service. What can we say about Harry? His approachable and friendly manner forged great relationships with our buyers as well as the professionals involved in the chain which certainly was the driving factor in achieving such a quick turnaround. I got valuations from four estate agents and immediately I was impressed at how professional Michael Graham in Princes Risborough was. Nothing was too much trouble. Negotiation was straightforward and the team was cohesive and all its members were aware of all the issues. They are a great team. Paul Copping started the ball rolling and Steve Tillyer managed a complex sale arrangement very well indeed. Nicola was a brilliant negotiator and pulled out every stop to get things moving. Cassie at reception kept things going well while colleagues were occupied.Potential buyers must have been impressed. Richard was very quick to visit, placed on the market and sold - all within 10 days! We had nothing but positive experiences from the whole team. Lee Barry was our main point of contact who managed the numerous back-to-back viewings on the day we sold. We found his friendly approach mixed with his efficient and timely responses very helpful. We had a very successful morning with Claire. The first house we saw wasn't right for us, Claire chatted with us and understood what we wanted. We weren't booked with any other houses as our second choice had gone under offer. Claire didn't want us to have a wasted journey, she managed to get keys and get us viewings at different houses that hadn't been on our radar.
