GoogleInvited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything. Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back. 4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email. Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.

GoogleIn addition to securing a speedy sale at a good price, all staff at Michael Graham were extremely easy to deal with and responded to all queries and correspondence without delay. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in buying or selling a property in the area.

The suggested houses were exactly what we were looking for and they offered advice and support throughout the journey. Their communication was brilliant, they encouraged everyone involved to keep on top of their workload and even after completing have been a great help in those last minute questions! Huge thank you to Jo who was absolutely fantastic all the way through, we were very lucky to be under her wing and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

GoogleI choose Michael Graham estate agent in Buckingham after meeting with two other agents, in order to promote and sell my property ,a four bedroom 12 years old detached House house, in good condition. Three promotional avenues were employed, a professionally photographed and produced colour gloss brochure for mailing to prospective buyers across the Michael Graham network. The four page brochures included photographs of the exterior Gardens and the interior rooms with essential measurement details and descriptions of the principal rooms, including a price guide and Michael Graham contact details An online version of the brochure on both the Michael Graham website and right move It was also shown on the Michael Graham shop front window in Buckingham, Throughout the sales process the manager Luke, and the two senior sales consultants James and Gareth have secured serious potential buyers, and accompanied them when viewing the property. Any questions that they were unable to answer, they contacted me, displaying honesty and integrity. They worked as a team, standing in for one another, so there was always someone to speak to. I was kept fully informed of the sales process without prompting. They were a good team to work with, and I have no hesitation in recommending Michael Graham to market your property They behaved in a professional and friendly manner at the beginning ,through the process ,and at the successful completion of the sale. Awful customer service!!! We took time off work and viewed a property, upon entering the property the young lady simply just said hello and have a look around that was all... didn't provide any information about the house or area. although sometimes it is nice to be left to look around, this felt like there was no interest from the estate agent at all and a real lack of care. When we did ask questions the responses were short and blunt. Upon expressing our interest for the house, she informed all offers had to be made by the end of the week and that it was best and final offers only... We then called back the following day to make an offer to find out they had accepted an offer the day we viewed the property and we were not informed. We were also told that we would not of actually been able to make an offer in the first place as we hadn't yet sold our property, despite the fact we have a mortgage in principle for more than the amount that was not dependant on any equity or profit from our home. we had an initial call where our circumstances were discussed prior to viewing but we were not informed of this even after expressing that we would like to make and offer post viewing at the end of the call.poor customer service, especially for houses that are nearly 3/4 of a millions pounds.
